Absolutely nothing.

We travelled for my Dad’s 50th birthday and this accommodation did not disappoint, it is in a really convenient central location, close by the all the shops, bars and restaurants. We also booked excursions via Viator and the pick up location for these was just across the road a 2 minute walk. The accommodation is secure and you feel safe within. The staff are exceptional, really friendly. The little touches make this accommodation feel really special they decorated the room with birthday banners and balloons and even gifted us cakes and Prosecco on arrival as a birthday gift, the mini bar is included in the price of the room and the water/juice is restocked daily. The breakfast service starts at 8am every morning although there is a coffee machine and little cake/biscuit bar in the hall that can be accessed and used 24/7. The whole accommodation is really clean and modern. We stayed in a family room and this comfortably sleeps 4 adults. Amazing stay and time in Sorrento, we would definitely recommend and would come back ourselves in the future. Thank you :)

Great location just off the main square on a cobbled alley. Friendly, attentive staff. Good breakfast. Coffee is always available as are cookies/treats. Room was clean and comfortable.

Nothing wrong with the place, but if you have a car, you'll have to deal with the restricted traffic zones (ZTL) and a valet.

Host was great. Place was roomy and very clean. I really enjoyed staying there and I was able to rest.

The shower is very slick and the floor is sloped inward to the drain. That's probably only important to those of us who are older... The shower door leaked so that the bath mat was soaked every time we showered. The shower is really my only negative.

Very clean room. The staff were very friendly & helpful. It was great having 24 hour hot beverages right outside our room, along with a nice continental breakfast in the morning. The location could not be better...right on Piazza Tasso, the hub of Sorrento. It's a quick walk to the lift going to Marina Piccola.

The steps proved difficult for me only because l had a sore ankle. I knew there were steps up to the apt. They were easy to climb otherwise and the decor improved as you climbed each flight.

The plea e was spotless and very comfortable. The bed was really luxurious. The location is perfection, right out on the square which is so lively, yet the apartment was so quiet. Breakfast in the room meant you didn’t need to get up, way more relaxed.
