Breakfast starts too late and the coffee not good. Many coffee machines on the table, but didn't work. The woman in charge tried to arrange all as soon as possible. She was very kind.

The surrounding area was not particularly pleasant. Location was great for an overnight stay but I wouldn't want to stay any longer. The same people have a restaurant on the beach opposite. It was a nice meal but overpriced.

The accommodation is deceiving. From the outside it looks deserted, but when you arrive at the lounge and bedrooms it was very nicely furnished and very comfortable. There is a lovely terrace with a range of exterior furniture and lovely views out to the sea.

There was no lift and we had to carry up the luggage two floor!

The room and the bathroom were OK. Breakfast was excellent Outside, there is a big terrace where you can see over the sea the Eòlia Islands

The property is located right in front of the beach and the view from the terrace is spectacular. My room had everything I needed and it was very easy to check in despite the fact I arrived almost midnight. But was made my stay unique was the treatment of the 2 ladies that work there. Their kindness and helpfulness. They even bought extra gluten free cakes and biscuits for me because I could not try their homemade amazing looking pastries and they gave me for free a big bottle of water when I asked. They were very flexible about the checkout time and always did their best to please the guests. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

It was central but most of all it felt homey and very updated and clean ! Antonella was the perfect host and was very helpful either way any information we needed ! Very eager to please ! Breakfast was simple but homemade sweets made it special and they will cook you just about anything you request. Highly recommend! We were fortunate not to have to pay for parking as it was in September and we parked across the road. Downstairs you have Da Rocco restaurant this is also a must ! Thank you Eneide!

Nothing, other than the drop-off into the water at the beach across the road was too difficult for my wife. Too late we were told of nicer beaches we could have gone to.

Breakfast was exceptional, with homemade cake and fruit tart offered in addition to croissants, yogurt, and the usual offerings. Eggs were available for the asking. The lovely hostess would make us a full pot of coffee, served with a jug of hot milk.. The rooftop patio setting was terrific.

The staff welcomed us with a great smile. She was very helpful yhroughout our stay. We asked to park our vechile inside and she accepted. Very big living room next to our rooms, were one could enjoy a good rest infront of a huge t.v. Very good breakfast and good selection. Very big terrace and our kids enjoyed playing.

MAPS gave us a route that took us down a very narrow, winding and bumpy road to the sea. There are two other routes that are on real roads, that are wide and safe. The town itself is a little grittier than we expected. We stayed in November. Looks like it's more of a summer fishing spot.

Breakfast was fabulous. The owners are absolutely wonderful and very helpful. The facility is beautiful and the views from the terrace were sublime. We ate at a nearby restaurant that was excellent.

Surprised there were no taxis in the region

Nice location, beautiful building, and very friendly staff. They helped us feel welcome, and helped us with getting around in the region - we did not know there are no taxis and few busses depending on the destination. Very happy with our stay!

Area rather scruffy. Everywhere strewn with rubbish(though not at the property).Climb of 2 flights of steep stairs to access everything,which is not made clear on any website. Despite saying the property has restaurant and private beach/lido, neither were open at all during our 4 day stay, which is crazy for last week of June ! Breakfast poor quality. Tepid coffee and dry industrial packet bread/cakes. No ham, cheese or eggs.

Balcony lovely cool place to sit in evening to enjoy views and drink. Room fairly spacious. Staff quite friendly.

The area that the B&B is in . Not having a sea view . Dark stairs

The room was nice but unfortunately we did not have the sea view that we had paid extra for We had a view of the Stair way. The area was very run down and in need of a good tidy up. This was a disappointment as I had chosen this place to spend my birthday . We chose to leave after one night and the owners still charged us the full amount even though it was their fault that there was a problem. This B&B was expensive compared to the other 7 hotels that we stayed in throughout our touring trip of Calabria . During my shower the water went cold and my husband had no hot water at all for his shower. We did however have a great dinner at the restaurant in the evening which the owners run. The B&B is not on the ground floor and you will have to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to your room this was a problem for me as I have a fear of heights and stairs , this should be informed to people when they book either by Booking.Com or the by owners of the B&B ..

Shambolic breakfast arrangements. Rooms on second floor with no lift. Inadequate number of sockets to charge phones tablets etc. Hard bed..
