The only thing I would change is the shower - I’d prefer to have it in the bathroom rather than the bedroom but understand there’s not enough room for this

The hotel was in a great location - everything was within walking distance. Miriam was so incredibly helpful, even with the language barrier (Miriam’s English is A LOT better than my attempt at Italian), and was really accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected. The room was clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi bath was incredible after a long day of walking. The balcony was great to people watch. The bed was super comfortable. Would 100% stay again.

I loved the room the bed was comfortable and spotless really comfortable room , the jacuzzi was lovely and big enough for two which was great and shower was great too. Staff were brillant if needed anything I could whatsapp the owner and they always replied promptly. Location was perfect although on a main road it was quiet enough the window was sound proof really enjoyed my stay.

The shower situation was unique. We would preferred a glass door for an actual shower.

The spaciousness of the property was excellent. Location was good, safety was exceptional and cleanliness was excellent. Wi-Fi got better as the week went on. We would stay again!

Check in wasn't the easiest process. It took us about 25 mins to get in from being dropped off from the taxi but other than that everything else was amazing, thank. Also a little noisy from main road which is right outside and you can still hear the noise 5 floors up. I was fine with this though but other people may not be.

Very nice room. Also very big and great bathtub jacuzzi in the bathroom. Bed was also comfortable and internet TV which was good as we had been travelling for 9 days so it was nice to have a break in the room. Not too far from train station, and ferry port and easy to get to and from the airport.

We found it very noisy at night, but that’s nothing to do with the apartment, but more to constant blasting of horns by cars

One can hear the noises from the street, in four days I couldn't figure out how to turn on the TV to watch the news, I like the shower better than the bathtub.

It was clean, bed and bedware was comfortable, there were slippers. The location was good.

Nothing, everything was perfect

The room was very clean, well equipped, in a great place. The bathroom was amazing (good water pressure and hot water). It’s located right near the Duomo metro station and very close to Garibaldi station. The windows block all the noise from the busy street and you have great views from the balcony. The service was also 10/10

Miriam was friendly and helpful and easy to contact. The apartment is close to everything, beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The Smart TV was great and bed comfortable. The old elevator was charming. We had a wonderful stay.

Loved the room. Jacuzzi bath great addition Good easy check in and entrance to rooms Tsira the check in/cleaner was amazing. Went beyond her job. And cleaned the room beautifully aswel as being a really nice person!!! Thankyou very much (sorry we couldn't say in person due to early check out)

Really surprised by how nice this BnB was. Great price and size right by the metro and close to the train station in Napoli. Check in was super easy, and the staff answered any questions within a reasonable amount of time.
