Awesome! Great location! The staff was awesome, extremely helpful and friendly. The hot tub was very relaxing and very large accommodating to people and was located in our room. The room was extremely clean and the service was daily. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

We didn't expect to be waken up at 7,30 on a Monday morning by employees of the Barberini with their cars and even delivery vans/trucks parked just below our windows, which let any outside noise or conversation to be heard.

Very good location, spacious room and bathroom. 15 min walking distance from Termini, and overlooking Barberini Palace. In a 40's period building. Very helpful reception staff.

The staff were excellent, really helpful and courteous. Lots of contact to help us get there and we were able to check in early plus keep our luggage there after checking out. The hotel feels very secure and in a good location. We would stay here again.

Property was a bit hard to locate when trying to make your way back

Being in a country you've never been to and not being able to speak the language, you're always cautious but as soon as we got to the hotel, the lady at the desk was genuinely incredible and went above and beyond to take care of us. She got us all settled in and mapped out the various different things we could do. We did some homework on Rome but the lady mapped it all out and advised us where to go and on which date. She even booked events for us and took so much care of myself and my wife. Easily the MVP of the whole trip and since then I've been recommending the hotel to everyone i know purely because of the lady at the desk

Location was great. Right next door to national gallery. Room was spacious and plush with a HUGE spa bath. The staff were excellent and so friendly and helpful.

1. There was no electric kettle for making tea although tea bags were in the room. 2. There was iron or iron table. 3. Reception is not round the clock. 4. The standard rooms do not have sauna or jaccuzi, so they were overpriced compared to the facilities we get in a normal hotel. 5. The elevator is very small and cramped, not fit for many people with lot of luggage. 6. There were no side tables for keeping mobile, charger etc. The only side tables in the room had big size lamps which could not be used. The lamps did not have on/off switch too.

The room was decent in size and bathroom was pretty large. The items in the refrigerator were sufficient too. The staff was excellent, and they helped me a lot in arranging the pickup at airport and explaining the access system at odd hours at night. The room service breakfast was very cost compared to its price of 10 euro. The stay was nice overall.

Everything! From the staff, the location, the hotel itself and the cleanliness. The staff are top notch professionals. Very helpful in any way and friendly. They went above and beyond. The hotel room is lovely as well and was getting cleaned everyday. Location is perfect too. Walking distance to tourists spots and shops. Of all the hotels I’ve been to when travelling, Escape Luxury top them all! I’d happily stay here again when I get a chance to go back in Rome. Exceptional hotel and staff.
