We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

FranceThe room was nice, seemed quite newly renovated. Be mindful that reception hours can be a bit limited. When I arrived and rang the bell but nobody opened after trying for 20mins, even during opening hours of reception.I was lucky some other guests just arrived to let me in. I got blamed by the receptionist for ringing the wrong bell (difficult to do since there is only one bell for the hotel it seemed). Luckily the other receptionist the next morning was very helpful and kind

SpainThe room was with descent size and descent bathroom facilities. But the hotel has relatively short check-in hours and a little far from the town center. It's halfway between train Florence train station and the town center, which means equally far (850m). It's not too bad if you don't have heavy luggage or problem walking long distances. Otherwise, it is difficult to get a taxi outside where the hotel is.

United Stateslighting. only one LED overhead light (too bright) and two small, dim bedside lamps. Needs more comfortable lighting. Didn't have anyone working at the desk after nine. However, they did leave instructions for how to enter the building and the hotel after hours. Was a bit confusing, but we figured it out.

AustraliaOur room was noisy. We could hear a lot of what was happening in the rooms either side bathrooms. The park outside while lovely and very safe was noisy up until late at night by people partying/playing I. The park. The lift was great but very noisy and could be heard a long with the door opening of each room.
The property was new and the rooms were lovely. The location was great and we had an amazing view. We were welcomed by Luca who was friendly and super helpful with local information.

Saudi ArabiaThe place needs some essential stuff like coffee, tea and slippers. The elevator stopped a couple of times since some people did not close the door and it was very dirty for one night. They tried to clean it but it still smelled. Other than that, the room itself is very nice.
