Breakfast was easy to access whilst others ate. Staff very quick to serve hot drinks on request and option to eat inside or out if you preferred which was nice. Staff were what made this place for us! So friendly and helpful with no false politeness. Genuinely felt like they were interested and wanting you to have a nice experience with them. All of them were just really nice people and we were sad to leave! Amazing location near several good restaurants (again locals were charming) a shop to grab bits (we got fresh milk for our room as had our own fridge) and walking distance to most attractions if you don’t mind just exploring! Anything we were not sure of we asked the lovely reception staff whose English was impeccable! They were able to sort Taxis, meal recommendations, places to see etc within minutes! Would highly recommend and miss it already!

Nothing to add here as it was very easy to navigate to/from, the staff were kind, and the place was spotless. A small fridge in the rooms might have been nice to keep cold water and drinks.

The top floor private suite was excellent - the view was lovely. The 2nd floor 3 person suite was very spacious and had a big closet - but would not recommend for 3 people to sleep comfortably. Really meant for 2. The fact that they were king size beds was a huge bonus - that was unexpected considering most beds in EU are standard. Mattresses and pillows were high quality. Staff was wonderful; spoke multiple languages and were very kind and patient. Breakfast was fine but maybe would skip it next time - not sure it was worth 8euros per person.

We had a lovely room with lots of space, which came in handy for drying umbrellas when the weather turned bad. Everything was very clean, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely view, and the room was quiet at night. The airport transfer organised by reception was timely, friendly and very clean. The location was great, as we spent a day in the Vatican/Castel Sant'Angelo, and then the rest of our time in the Roman area - both sets of sights were about 20 minutes' walk away.

The only criticism is that there was only 4 coathangers in the wardrobe. We stayed for 5 nights and had to leave clothes on a side table. Only little bedside drawers suitable for for socks etc

The location was perfect! Within walking distance to everywhere. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was great with hot and cold choices. Staff were nice and friendly and organised our taxi back to the airport.

The only caveat, the doors to the rooms look like the door to the hotel, so sometimes people try to pull on them and the apartment is on the street, so there is moderate street noise.

The staff was very helpful. Our room was wonderful - we booked the apartment, next door to the hotel (literally the next door). We had two full rooms that connected and two full bathrooms. We could walk over to breakfast and back as needed. The beds were comfy and we all had plenty of room.

The note on the bathroom door said towels would only be replaced if they were on the floor, but they were replaced daily and any half used toiletries were disposed of. This is wasteful.

We, being myself and my 10yo twins, stayed for 3 nights - what’s not to love?! The location, we walked everywhere and the hotel was perfectly placed for all sights. The breakfast was savoury and sweet and plentiful and delicious. The room was clean and quiet. The hot water was good pressure, the bed was huge and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect if you want to see the beauty of Rome as well as sightsee. We have seen so much and was able to wall to destinations with no problem but wouldn’t recommend using iphone maps unless you want to see more and more of alleyways and all those beautiful buildings around but the guards speak English so will be able to give directions. All staff were polite and helpful with any questions we had. Transfer to and from the airport went smooth and breakfast was lovely and fresh with different options and fruits. I also forgot to take my sons pillow with us so I was very pleased when I saw his cotbed had clean sheets in with pillow in. Thank you guys we will definitely visit again! Really recommend this hotel to stay in!
