Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Because it’s near the station, some of the buildings nearby are a bit run down.
It’s in a convenient location, 2 minutes walk from the exit of the Central Rail Station. It’s also just around the corner from the Bus terminus. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning is good.

Staff at breakfast very chaotic. Had to re-order a coffee 4 times. Noise from street made it hard to sleep with open window. Even on 7th floor.

Located a two-minute walk from the railway station, though about a 30 minute walk from historic area. Excellent restaurant for dinner. Staff very professional, helpful and friendly. Room comfortable and clean.

The soundproofing isn't that great, as there were two particular incidents when we could hear everything, both noises and a heated argument over a phone - which was quite awkward to listen to (unwillingly)
Staff were very nice and helpful Breakfast was good Location is great as it is central and everything is within walking distance.

Before we arrived, I asked if there would be a kettle in the room so if not I would bring a water heating device, but I have been told that I would find one. I did but no coffee and no tea bags :-). But the staff were very nice. And everything else was excellent.
Excellent service. Very clean. Good breakfast. Close to train station, restaurants and shops.

We had a problem with taxy to the airoport at Christmas night. It was ordered, but did not arrive. Hotel staff tried to help, but failed. The problem was solved by hotel's guests.
The hotel is near the train station, but the room was quiet, in good condition and well equipped. 15 minutes walk to old city by the main shopping street. Nice restaurant and good breakfast. Hotel parking for reasonable price. All what is needed to explore beautiful Bari.

The hotel is in a central location, close to the main train station from which there is a shuttle or a local bus to the airport. close to the port and to shopping streets-We were upgraded to a suite with a huge living room, the bed was big and comfy, the breakfast good and the staff very nice and helpful. We had dinner in a nice bistrot adjacent to the hotel. And the hotel has a parking which was really helpful We highly recommend the hotel

-When I arrived the AC was not working with 31 C temperature. Luckily , I got an upgrade to a nice suite and the AC was perfect. - Another trash bin in the room would be a good addition as there is only one bin in the bathroom. - The pillows aren't comfortable but that could be a personal taste.
- The location is right across the train station . Its a 15-20 min walk to the center. - The room style is basic but functional with big table and cupboards , etc.. So you can arrange things easily. - The staff are very helpful and friendly - The coffee served in the morning was of a top quality. The breakfast have both savory and sweet options. Overall , its a good value for the money

absolutely nothing. we will definitely stay again
the staff - especially super helpful reception. the breakfast - loved burrata for breakfast (and of course there was lots more). great coffee drinks. the location, while on a slightly sketchy street, is only a block from the train station’s underground passage - so very convenient for train (we came from Rome). please note we always felt safe, even returning from the old town after a very late dinner.
