Stayed before, but room looked a bit tired on this visit. e.g. bad crack in bathroom vanity unit.

Located near train station and shuttle for Fico Eataly. Great for getting around. Good sized kettle in room. Comfortable bed.

Although the bathroom was large , the shower over the bath felt jammed into the corner with little room to move. This wasn't helped by the shower screen which would not stay put and moved towards you during the shower. We were surprised to discover that the centralised air conditioning does not get turned on until the end of May. Why ?? The room was initially very hot. The staff tried to turn on something for just that room but it worked just like a fan and couldn't cool the room. Fortunately this room had a large window which we kept wide open day and night. As the weather turned cool while we were there we managed to keep the room cool.

This is a very large hotel right opposite the train station. It is within easy walking distance of all the sights in the centre as well as restaurants , bars and cafes. We booked for 4 nights and we had a surprise treat of being upgraded to a junior suite. The room was at the back of the hotel facing the city and was very quiet. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a seating area and tea and coffee making facilities. It also had a large bathroom with a powerful shower albeit over the bath. The reception staff were exceptionally welcoming , friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if in Bologna. However we would time it for when the air conditioning is turned on or go in mid winter.

The room was typical hotel room, it had a lovely big comfortable bed, it was wonderful and clean and very close to the train station. However, we didn't hear any of the outside noise.

The front desk staff are very friendly, attentive and very busy on their computers working to get you checked in and out as fast as possible...but it very slow and I can only think that it is their computer system. The TVs are are flat screen, but not smart TVs which would have allowed a foreign traveller to stream their own content ... so only italian options.

My 2nd stay while passing through Bologna in the past 4 years. This a clean and modern hotel with friendly staff and a very good buffet breakfast. For the traveller, the location immediately across from the train station with monorail to the airport in about 10 minutes is exceptional. I would wouldn't hesitate staying here again.

This hotel was great for us since we came into town very late and had to catch a train the next day. It is literally across the street from the train station and from our room we could clearly see the whole station scene ... comforting! Speaking of comfort, the room met all of our needs and the buffet breakfast was hassle free and good. The staff were wonderful. The hotel stored our luggage overnight while we traveled to San Marino for a day. When we returned they were very accommodating and with a taxi stand across the street, our departure was a breeze.

Everything. Position is very convenient, just near the Central Rail station, at 7 minutes with Marconi Express train into the airport. At 10 minutes walking to the historic centre on Via dell Independenza, which is a must see anyway. A lot of parkings for whom reach by car. Bus station, taxi station at the entrance. General shop DeSpar with everyhing right in front of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and supportive at front desk but also at breakfast. For this a lot of thanks. There are a lot of conference rooms, a gym, a nice bar and restaurant. Rooms are very large, modern, spotlesly clean, well feated for a real 4 star. Frigobar, safecase, tea coffee maker, audio system. The bathroom is really large. The bed is wonderfull. Everyday the rooms is fixed. Breakfast is diversified and perfect for every choice and tastes, with quality products and ingredients, and very friendly staff. Great expresso. We should come back for sure with a great pleasure. A big 10 and thank you all.

We expected more out of 4 **** hotel with ratings over 8.2 on Booking. The room was dusty. They did not communicate transparently parking cost. Family room is not actually a familiy room, but a regular room with squeezed extra bed inside. Photo of the room vs. reality is missleading. And in front of the hotel, just right besides the main entrance, in the evening hours, there were constantly several homeless people sleeping. This also a bit flopped the entire impression.

AC was initially turned off. Hot water took 2 minutes to come out of the shower at best. One time, no hot water came out for over 10 minutes. First card key given to me did not work. Card key lock is old model with a really loud buzzer. Strange smell in room. Very basic amenities for a hotel which claims to be four star.

Breakfast was not so good. I think the juices were not 100% but added some sugar. Not a good selection of food. No free water in the room which is rare.

The hotel was just in front of the station. Clean and big room. Had a fridge.

Bed and pillows could be more comfortable. Only heating at winter and was too warm in room I had to ask to ve switched off. No 24 hour food room service.

Very good location next to train station and easy to walk to central Bologna. Nice staff and got a room upgrade.

AC in the room was 'pants'. Couldn't get it to blow colder air, and turn fan up/down. Woke up every night at 4 AM sweating.

At breakfast staff seemed to be understaffed, they were busy, but lack of platas, glasses, and coffee machines breaking down all tje time. Felt it was manic, and never enjoyed breakfast once.
