Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location was waonderful The rooms were decent size The beds were ucomforatale The staff was helful but slow and took forever The gym was only for platinum guests, which seemed silly becasue we booked two rooms for 2 days which was more than a one room platinum night stay. The gym should be included becasue no one was even in there when we checked. The breakfast was great.

Location was perfect for the train station but about 15'-20' walk from all the attractions and a bit dodgy at night time, overpriced for the facilities/design
Friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable bed, cot bed for baby set up before we arrived, late check.in and check out arranged in advance

For the amount of money that I paid, it is unacceptable to not have a proper shower. There was a corner in the toilet, with a tent, and this cannot be called a shower. In addition, the air condition started leaking water inside the room, and I don't mean one or two drops, rather closer to small rivers. This was inexcusable. Although they changed my room, the next room was near the street preventing me from sleeping. I didn't receive any sorry from the stuff for the change of room in the middle of the night. In the new room, the shower gel device didn't work, and the skin on the ceiling was off.
The location is good, near the train station, but beware, if your room is on the station-road side, it might be a little bit noise, and it can ruin your sleep.

Bathroom was a bit tired, cracked tiles and ceiling but minor issues really.
Friendly and informative check in staff. Good sized room. Quiet and peaceful, despite busy location. Room was a bit dated but clean and comfy. Good hanging space and big fluffy towels always make me happy. Handy location, opposite the train station where you arrive directly from the airport. Lovely breakfast option and lobby was really smart.

bathroom ventilator doesn’t work, when shower is on there is way too much steam. toilet too close to sink. mattress needs changing, dust comes out of it when you whack it.

nothing, everything was perfect!
This hotel is really nice! We only stayed one night but we enjoyed every minute! it was comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly! The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

I booked because the ad on booking.com specified “Interior courtyard view” This is false. The room we were given was on a busy and noisy street. Upon check-in I asked the staff to give me a room not on the busy street. They said they would, and then gave me one anyway.
