The location is great if you plan to use the train station which connects to other Italian cities. The station also has a direct train link to the Bologna Airport. The hotel room is as expected for a quality hotel. The breakfast is wonderful with a large buffet offering a wide variety of hot and cold dishes. Happy hour in the lobby is also good value with lovely nibbles to accompany drinks. I liked that I could open the window to get fresh air.

It was excellent in every way

Clean, modern, comfortable. The staff were attentive and very helpful. Located right next to the train station and easy to get a cab at any time of day.

The room is a bit small; we struggled to have 2 check-in luggage opened at the same time. Electric system seems wierd; the wall lamps next to the bed couldn’t be switched off completely, we ended up loosening the light bulb. There is a switch next to the pillow which shuts off all electrical supply in the room; without knowing that, we didn’t get our phones charged overnight. It would be great if there are more power sockets in the room.

Room was clean, bathroom was quite large, breakfast was outstanding, parking was convenient though a bit pricey.

Breakfast was chaotic during the weekend. Missing items on the buffet and the room seemed over crowded.

Great location if you are using bologna for visiting other cities via train. Little bit of walking needed for the center of bologna but it is a joyful walk. Night walk can be a bit worrying due to suspicious looking people but they were not a problem at all. Room was big enough for 4 of us. Complimentary coffee and water was pretty good. Pro tip: don't make the mistake we did and eat anything nearby. Walk to center of bologna for food. Or go inside the station and try the kiosk there. Hotel reception was great for explaining everything. Ask them local places to go for food for dine dining or budget Bologna is a very lively student city I wish I could have studied when I was young.

Room was too hot and I couldn’t adjust the aire conditioning.

The breakfast was very good. Very close to the train station. Staff were excellent. I ate dinner in the restaurant. The service / meal was superb.

Third time to book a room here, room upgraded at check-in, great staff, location in front of central railway station. Well positioned, everything we needed in a big, very clean and quiet room, very diversified breakfast, enjoyed dinner at hotel's restaurant. Close to shopping area, reachable by foot.

Shower over the bath splashed everywhere. The bed could have been a bit softer for our taste.

Great location, staff helped us book a restaurant, room was spacious and very clean, good facilities especially the lounge and bar areas. We got a free little Easter cake in our room as we were there over the Easter holiday which was a nice surprise.

Not enough coffee pods!

Great location for travellers arriving by train. Easy 10 min walk into main city square. Comfortable quiet hotel room with everything you need. Good breakfast.

You can tell it's a very old hotel. The towel bars in our toilet were loose and fell off twice when wiping our hands on the towel that was hanging on the bar. The wooden furniture in the room was probably from the 90s so the whole decor felt very dated.

Very centrally located right opposite Bologna Centrale and a short 10-15 min walk any where towards town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decently priced and sumptuous enough for the price.€15 per adult and kids eat for free. Room was spacious, tidy and clean.
