The water took a while to warm up in the morning, about 15 minutes, so the shower was not very pleasant.

The staff was very helpful. The receptionist was very kind and she gave us a lot of information. We had some issues with the keycard, but it was quickly resolved. They let us check-in a lot earlier than the check-in time, which we really appreciated. The bed was big and very comfortable, there was air-conditioning, the TV had a lot of options, the bathroom was very clean... The room was perfect. The location was also great, right opposite the train station and a short walk to the city centre.

Next to Bologna's central train station, few minutes walk from the city center. The room was spotless, very confortable beds. Wonderful breakfast with gluten free options!

garage parking attendant was exceptional and saved our road trip with his knowledge and expertise in spotting a damaged tyre and getting us a great local garage to repair it on the spot in 20 minutes at a very reasonable cost

The hotel staff were very welcoming and my requests prior to arrival were all met . The room we got was an upgrade to a suite without even asking. The hotel is just across the road from the main train station which allowed us travel to other cities to explore. The train takes 7 minutes to the airport direct , arrives i the main terminal . Location, staff , room and attention to detail are my high points. Would highly recommend.

The property is faultless. Unfortunately, its’ location around the train station is fairly dirty and run down, but the whole city is a bit unloved and seems very poor.

Fantastic spacious room and exceptional bed and pillows! Professional, organised, just a relaxing experience for an excellent price. After travelling for 2 weeks it was so much better than the other places we had stayed in we felt like we just wanted to relax in the room. It has made us rethink the type of accommodation we want to book.

Perfect location right across the road from Bologna train station, 15 minutes walk to piazza maggiore - at max. Close to numerous shops and restaurants. Very quiet room, comfortable and clean. Lovely breakfast. The staff were brilliant, always smiling and incredibly helpful.

The hobos and homeless people that were near the hotel and area. Makes you feel bad, unsafe and gives a bad vibe because if you are trying to help with money or food, you can't get rid of them...

It was greater than expected. Very good location, super clean, good quality amnesties products and snaks for the minibar. The gentleman from the parking was also Romanian and helped us a lot with info and tips and tricks. We are very grateful for that and will come back for sure.

Across the road from Bologna train station and walking g distance into Bologna Centro which has a wide choice of restaurants and shopping. Front staff were very helpful.

At the second day of our stay, we found out that the staff missed to clean up our room, however it was immediately fixed up once we noticed the administration.

The hotel is very beautiful is at the most comfortable place we could imagine, directly looking over the train station, which was of particulary helpful as we had to leave the city very early, so it took us a glimpse to get to the train. Moreover, the most comfortable if you have to take a bus anywhere you need within the city. The hotel was very clean, with all the necessary utilities, almost at the corner of the beautiful, sight street with lots of shopping and snacking opportunities on our way, leading us to the major sights of the city.
