Noise outside hotel during the night.

The reception staff was really professional, specifically Rosario, who I would like to thanks for guidance and details given during my stay, it's my third time in the same hotel, I will back soon 😊. Customer satisfied

We arrived by train as well as out departure. The hotel is super close to the train station, about 5 minutes. The room was very nice as well as the staff. Very close to the city centre

Staff were helpful and smiling at check in/check out and bfast. Bfast was good and plentiful. Location excellent close to train station as we were arriving by train and leaving for airport next morning (except Marconi express was closed so we need to figure out busses) Decor old and in some cases not functional (lamp in hallway broken, sink plug did not work), Room was great size and bed comfy but view not good (parking lot with very bright light directly into room). Walking distance to old time. Not a fantastic experience but what we needed on our way back.

The front desk staff were very friendly & helpful, thou we did notice an inconsistency with the information we received in regards to room specials. We upgraded to a silver special which included access to water & cool drinks in the mini bar, thou we got charged for them even thou we paid for the special. Better communication at the desk would help with consistency.

The room was well positioned and very quiet. I loved the fact that the bed was situated away from the passage way, which reduced any noise in the room. This has been one of the best layouts for a hotel room I have seen. The bathroom was massive and plenty of space for toiletries etc. I could have stayed much longer in great comfort.

The hotel is very clean with spacious and well appointed rooms. It is located opposite the station and a short walk into the old town. The reception staff are efficient and friendly. The on-site parking facility (separately chargeable) is a bonus feature. It is a perfect stopover en route to or from the airport as well as for a longer stay.

we loved this hotel. it was directly across the train station and next to a food court. the rooms are spacious. the staff is very nice. the hotel lobby with restaurant is so pretty. this hotel is very nice and similar to the location in the vatican in italy. the quality of both properties are consistent. it is a nice, clean, and luxurious hotel. it’s convenience to atm, pharmacy, and train station is perfect.

The location was great. Could be slightly distanced from the old city center of Bologna, but still in walking distance. For us it was great that the hotel was reachable by car without hassle with small and narrow path.es of old city center. The parking place is perfectly managed by a professional staff. The hotel staffs were so professional. The room was spacious and beautiful.
