Price is a bit high but this is Europe and good value. And I couldn't find anything cheaper online that have this good rating.

Location is excellent, in the old town and very easy walking distance to the key sites, main bus and station, caretaker person seen to be frequently personally cleaning the place, changing sheets, mopping floors. Enough space between bed, lockers, bathrooms and toilets. A lot of restaurants and supermarkets around. Very comfortable stay. Will stay again if I return to the city.

The locks on the lockers underneath beds can be a little loose and sometimes don’t lock properly. Perhaps an update to these or switch to a padlock system for ease.

This place exceeded expectation. The location is perfect. One of the best areas in central Palermo to experience the Sicilian vibe day and night. The dorm room was large and even when full did not feel crowded. Great to have balcony space and the communal area was a nice quiet space if you want to relax for an hour or so before hitting the streets. Showers were new and excellent standard. I would highly recommend staying here. Excellent value for money. I’ll be back in the near future!

The bed was a bit short.

The Hostel is in a nice old building and has an interesting anti-insect system going on the nice balconies. The Area is busy, close to the Train Station and other nice central places. :) i could bring luggage before checkin which was nice.

I found some difficulty to sleep the 1st night as there is a certain courtyard directly outside which is very noisy. But I got used to it very quickly. Still, I would recommend buying earplugs to sleep with & you should be OK.

The owners were very helpful & did everything possible to help with anything I needed. The location is perfect as it is close to absolutely everything & only 10mins walk from the station. & the best bars in the city in my opinion are on Via Alessandro Paternostro & were literally only 200m away.

Drinking water only if you ask staff. Felt the shockwaves multiple times when somebody went along my bed 🛌, thus sleep was a bit troublesome.

The mattress wasn’t the best but I think they are looking at changing these as they improve other aspects of the hostel as they say it’s work in progress but please don’t overlook the mattresses as this is an important factor for the traveller

Unfortunately there is no kitchen. Also being in the centre of Kalsa means it's quite loud in the evening and at night - but, well, this makes it a Palermo vibe.

The hostel is really stylish and beautiful, located in the very centre of Kalsa. It has guitars and world maps all around, cosy chairs, tables and cute balconies. The bathroom is newly renovated and clean. The staff friendly. Beds have sockets, lights and curtains, and even a fan - everything one needs. I got bed sheets and even a towel. There is Wi Fi. There were lockers for luggage. All in all - recommended!

It is an old building so not everything is designed to maximum comfort.

I didn’t like that I payed for an only female room and at the second night there was a guy sleeping in my room. I didn’t mind that much but just saying for everyone who wants to book a female room. Just so you know my suitcase didn’t fit the small locker so it was not protected but nobody took anything.

I really liked that every bed has a curtain and my room had a cute balcony and a really big bathroom. It’s a really good stay for someone who is traveling solo and doesn’t plan on being in the hostel but just sleep there.

A wee bit noisy because of the restaurants and bars. With windows closed and earplugs it was fine.

Relaxing. My dorm room was bright and airy with a balcony to relax on. Great location. Close to markets, historic sites, train and bus station, groceries and ++ restaurants/bars.
