The sound insulation could be better, you can hear the TV from the other room.

Perfect place to spend the night when you’re on the road. Very clean, spacious rooms and toilets. Staff is beyond friendly. Free parking at the hotel. Supermarkets, stores and restaurants near the hotel.

Just a few notes which don't affect our rate - It's actualy not 4 stars hotel as showed on Booking, on their site it is stated that it's a 3 star and that's what you get. Although the rooms are refurbished, the bathrooms are not (at least in our two rooms) Scrambled eggs (as in most hotel chains today), not made from fresh eggs but out of the box :(

Good mattress, location, value for money, we had a nice one night stay and we'll definitely be back when in the area.

Pillows smelled a bit

The lady at reception was considerate and professionally human. Around it coffee places and restaurants outside of the Venice turmoil.

We chose this hotel because, based on what we read on the advertisement, we thought they would be able to offer a shuttle to the airport. When we asked they said the only way to get to the airport was to book their private taxi service, or walk 20 minutes to the train station and try to figure it out from there. But the train does not take you directly to or very close to the airport. We went with pre booking their taxi service which cost us 50 euros for 2 people. The taxi driver showed up 45 minutes late which almost made us late for our flight. The hotel also could not accommodate us for breakfast at all in the morning because we had to leave before 7am for our flight. I would consider other options if you are looking for somewhere that is convenient before catching a flight.

The room was nice, having a high pressure modern shower was a nice treat.

It is very hard to get there specially in the late hours , there are no busses or taxi! If u don’t have a car it will be hard. If you are planning to go to the airport in the very early mornings be ready to pay triple or double of the price to the taxi to get you there because otherwise you won’t be able to make it to the airport! it was so rude of the taxi driver ! the airport is like a 15 min ride he took 60 euro. So unfair

When we arrived to check into our room lots of people were waiting as the rooms hadn’t been cleaned there was only 1 person on the reception. We then got given our room key which we then discovered the room hasn’t been cleaned and it was an absolute mess. We then had to wait to be allocated to another room which discovered the key card wouldn’t work.

Actually, the hotel is quite a noisy place during night/early morning. Mind that the location is pet friendly, so we were woken up at 6 am by a dog hysterically barking next to our door. The next 2 nights, our parents couldn’t sleep at all because the persons from above stayed in a loud video call and then they threw some kind of balls on the floor, probably playing smth. The fridge in one room didn’t work. We asked the receptionist to do smth, but nothing happened.

Small variety at breakfast, cutlery was dirty every morning. The room was really loud because of other careless guests. Also the room's floor was dirty, and we usually lacked soap and toilet paper.

Barely any water pressure for showering. The double beds were sliding apart from each other. AC was very loud. Breakfast scrambled eggs were made from powder and low quality.

Near to Venice by car. Staff is nice. Overall good value for money. Breakfast was fresh and nice cold cuts, except for the scrambled eggs (which were made from powder and low quality).

There was no communication from the hotel. Despite the fact that I asked two questions, there was no answer. EV charging was not possible. The water pressure in the shower was very very low. The drain in the shower was blocked.

All went wrong. After arrival, very nice lady at the reception informed us that there is AC malfunction exactly in our 2 rooms so we need to stay in hotel nearby. She confirm that it's the same standard. Hotel where we end up is called Ambra and I never stayed in such a dirty disgrace. I'm leaving this bad opinion in here as I booked with B&B Hotel Quarto d'Altino but they don't reply to my complain.

It is not well looked after: at first the door key did not work, it was changed. Then we found our room being double instead of the booked twin arrangement. The room was changed. In the new room there was a terrible smell in the bathroom, and a big ugly spot on the ceining. We were tired, so we did not make more complaints, but it left us with bad memories. Plus small thing, but the wardrobe door fixture was broken, it did not close and looked all distorted. Was not a cosy feeling despite of the good and clean beds.

Good location, overall very clean and not too worn out hotel, comfortable beds,, at attractive price.

Air conditioning was broken. Although staff did provide a fan. But over 30 degrees, so was not a great stay.

We got there around 11pm with 3 kids,, the guy at the reception had a issue with the system. Said it would be fixed in 10 minutes, after 40 minutes he was able to assign a room to us. Moreover he would not allow us at the beginning to check in because he didn't accept the codice fiscale. He then called his manager who said it was okay. Charge me more then agreed and I said that's okay deduct the tax city and keep 1euro. Room was hell, no ac for 2 days , full of mosquitoes because I had to keep the window open. Despite the fact they told that the ac was not working over the phone the day before I wouldn't expect to wait so long.
