The bedroon walls are quite thin so you do tend to hear upstairs and neighbouring rooms comings and goings, particularly at night but it didn't have a major impact. There was no ask as I paid the bill if we had enjoyed our stay. The language barrier may have been a reason for this.

Location is good for the beach and walks along the sea front. Bot of a trek to the old time but we only went there once. Pool is very good and the slide kept the kids amused. Choice for breakfast was good. Close to lots of restaurants. Rooms were basic but beds comfy, showers hot etc. Entertainment was good for the kids and the language barrier didn't really impact their enjoyment of it.

Bed very uncomfortable, far too hard. Not a great selection of food (only one meat and one fish choice for pasta and main) but it was tasty.

Good location, very friendly and helpful staff, good children’s play room with free table football, ping pong, arcade game. Good sized pool with water slide. Food was tasty. Extremely clean.

The room was a bit weird. Bathroom (and especially shower) was very small and tight. Double bed was two single beds, that moved apart eventually. Parking was paid and VERY tight.

Extra small rooms (we were 5 people in 15m2 😃 ) - still, it is ok, it was written on booking.com room description, but I did not pay any attention to this before. As we had a wonderful weather and all the activities for kids, we did not spend time in the room through the day.

Wonderful activities for children, very tasty and interesting food. Bikes free of charge. Everything is very well thought-of family needs. Very good experience. Extra nice and welcoming staff - speaking or non-speaking english. Very nice and pleasant people. We will return.

The availability of the food for kids was limited (eg. pancakes at breakfast). Even when we payed for the lunch there was no more lunch for the kids available.

Very friendly staff and the beach is quite near to the hotel. The pool was clean and the receptionist were super supportive. Every night there was entertainment for the kids, although it was only in Italian.

Our room was quite small and dark due to no windows, only the narrow balcony door, but since we did not spend too much time indoors it was fine.

Great place with very creative use of space, everything you need for a comfortable holiday with children - unusually configurated, brightly painted rooms; pool with the slide, free bikes, and pushchairs, kids room. Animators organize baby dances, kids treats, cinema nights. All personnel is very friendly and the food is just excellent.

The whole family really loved the stay. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and went beyond our expectations. The hotel is in a nice neighbourhood, not far from all the major attractions. Children are very welcome and they really enjoyed their stay. One of the nice things is that you can use the hotels bicycles to go around and explore.

They were very friendly, helpful and prompt in every situation we had; staff in reception and the lady who is responsible with serving in restaurant are beautiful people, in every way, understanding and kind. The cleaning service is done every day, changing towels, everyday, and we stood for 8 days! Location is close to the sea and buses. It's been a very pleasant holiday!

If I had to be picky all I would say is that the beds were a little hard and there needs to be a room for showers etc upon check out of the hotel (however Fabrizio let us go back into our own room free of charge)

The hotel is brilliant and they staff are honestly some of the best I've ever encountered. Nothing is too much trouble and they really care about the guests. This hotel is fantastic for families and there is a kids club, free entertainment, free bike hire etc.. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the breakfast is brilliant for both adults and children alike. The pool is kept clean and there is a lifeguard on duty at all times. This is not a large tourist area so it retains much of the Italian charm that we so much wanted.

One SLIGHT negative for us was that the children's entertainment was all in Italian, so our six year old son was a little excluded from a lot of the games. However, this is an Italian family hotel so this is not anything that they are doing wrong - just something that didn't work well for us because we don't speak the language.

We loved the friendly staff at this hotel, the lovely pool garden, the food was excellent and it was an easy walk to restaurants/beach. There is a drinks fountain at reception where you can always get free fizzy water/soda which was much appreciated. You can borrow bicycles for free to get around easier.
