Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It has two bedroom one for children one for adults, and one living room with kitchen with amazing and comfortable beds so 4 adult people can easily sleep in this apartment. The rooms were specious, clean, and very well equipped. It was very nice, comfortable, and suited for children. It has its own balcony with stunning views. It is suited in very calm and quite area. It has a flat screen TV with many channels and very good WiFi high speed internet. Everything was new and clean. The bathroom has very nice it has specious shower it is also equipped with dryer. Kitchen is very well equipped. It has all needed for cooking. The owner was amazing, polite, and very helpful with everything. I would very recommend this apartment for stay with children because it is very close to lift to Seiser Alm ski resort which is one of the best for kids . All needed shops and restaurants are nearby.

United StatesBed was low and too soft. It’s an agricultural area with livestock so there are flies around. No screens on the windows and keeping windows open to cool off the rooms lets in the bothersome flies. Some floor fans would be an improvement. Seems the local style is to have no heating or air conditioning.
It was a comfortable two bedroom apartment with small kitchen. Refrigerator was sufficient medium size. Rooms were large with sufficient furnishings. Things looked new. Looked like fairly new double pane windows. View to spectacular mountains from main bedroom. Ample parking available. Out of town on a small road with almost no traffic. Siusi is well situated for getting to other great scenery in the general area. We stayed here as a base and drove to other sights. Siusi village is cute but touristy. We enjoyed being out of town in a rural setting.

GermanyThe view of the mountains from the apartment on the ground floor (where we stayed) was slightly obstructed by trees. But we were out and about during the day to hike in the mountains so it didn't bother us, and Seis is definitely better than some of the more touristy villages nearby where parking is difficult and there are many more tourists.
The lodging is in the lower corner of Seis, a bit distant from the shops, but has easy parking directly in front. The view of the mountain from the building is incredible. The apartment was exceptionally clean and very well equipped. We enjoyed our three-night stay here, and it was very well-priced. If you want peace and quiet while still being in the middle of the Dolomites, this is the place to be.

United States-Large construction project next door - banging and pounding started at 7 am and loud music at 8 - probably ongoing at least through July and August, great to help you get up and out early but this is not a place to relax if you are seeking quiet and solitude -Generally non-responsive host -Lacking simple amenities - no oil or any cooking condiments in kitchen - no soap in bathroom/shower -Overpriced for quality of amenities -mosquitoes in the night if you open the door or windows - no screens - room uncomfortably hot without airflow -bed short
