Everything was perfect however just a note on the shower hot water, it wasn't hot enough for me and what was surprised is that sink has hotter water than shower. Not a biggie but just a small detail that can make a difference. My friend didn't complain, hot water temperature for him was perfect, so I guess it depends on the person.

Location, room is big enough, simple but with everything needed to make your stay 10/10. Claudio is super good at being at your disposal when needed.

Unfortunately there was no furniture for the balcony. The wooden desk chair that was inside was not comfortable for a longer sit and read a book. Besides that I did not want to leave a wooden chair outside as it sometimes rained. The owner suggested to take a chair from the hall way but that was the same wooden chair as in the room. There was also no table, therefore I haven’t used the balcony at all which was unfortunate.

The location, space and the friendly staff. I thought I lost my room key one night and the friendly lady was there within 15 minutes to give me a spare key. Very helpful!

Bed was too firm, same for pillows (too tall and thick). Would be nice to have two types of pillows to choose from. Mini fridge was the smallest I've ever seen, could barely fit a big water bottle.

Spacious room, balcony, perfect location close to centro storico. We parked the car at a free parking lot 8 minutes away (look up parcchegio gratuito on google maps). Very easy contactless check-in/out.

Would recommend if staying for short time because no room cleaning was provided when I was there for 3 nights. There was no trash can in the room that we can use for dispose of trash. The shower needs improvement because after a light shower, the water already leaked outside.

Located inside a clean and safe building with elevator, 10-15’ to the beach. Room was sapacious and clean. Everything looks fresh and smells good.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the train station and the historic center. It was very spacious, the balcony had a nice view, and it was modern and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean and perfect. It wasn’t loud at night either. Check-in was great and the host was very helpful and responsive whenever I needed help. Would definitely recommend as the best place to stay in Monopoli!

Brand new and very comfortable. really enjoyed my stay here, slept well with the shutters, lovely to have a balcony and watch the street. Location is great and very central, nice to have a mini fridge in the room. The owner met me to give me keys as travelling without mobile/wifi so couldn’t check in electronically.

Poor communication with host. Would be helpful with common questions to have info in room. All online communication. Introduction to room including keys and operation of blinds, doors, location of laundry, grocery store would help tremendously. Location direction from train would improve initial questions. Location to old town was excellent once established.

Perfect location for us, just 10 minute walk from train station and about the same to the old town. If there was thing I would comment on it would be the fridge, it is super tiny.

Quite a small room. Ran out of toilet paper and wasn’t able to contact host. No iron!

Easy check-in process. Good location. Clean. Great room to just “sleep in” after exploiting Monopoli and its surrounds. We walked from train station with our backpacks.

Need mobile Internet for the access. Electronic access to the aprt is an overkill and did not work well on certain occasions. Nearby bnb had late night parties till 3-4am.
