The room was very comfortable, clean and well decorated. I loved the bathroom, spacious and with a fantastic shower. The breakfast was very rich with excellent cappuccino, pastries, cakes (the one with custard cream was amazing), fruit, yogurt and savoury food. Great location in a historical and classic building 3 minutes walk to the Vatican, in a quiet but central area, close to many restaurants and cafes. The Ottaviano metro station is just 5 minutes walk, perfect to travel to the Termini train station and the airport and also to explore the rest of the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back here!

First of all, the room was not what it was shown at the pictures. There was no balance between the price and the room. The money was a lot, regarding to the room we were given. The room was not soundproof and there was a lot of noise. EVEN AT NIGHT. Last but not least we did not know that the breakfast and check-in area were in another building until we reached the hotel, as well as that the staff was looking at us while we were eating and sometimes they were eating breakfast at the same time with us. Also we should book an appointment in order to eat breakfast and some times there was not open table at the time we were asking for.

There was not a big variety in the breakfast but what they had was of good quality.

The location of the flat is close to Vatican (5 mins walk) and also close to many restaurants. We liked the staff very much, everybody was very kind and helped us with everything we asked. Our room was cleaned everyday so well, it looked like we were just checking-in :)) - loved that! The breakfast wasn’t too varied, but you had everything you would usually eat at home, and it was of good quality and good taste.

A nice cozy place near the Vatican and the city centre. It was clean, the room had space, a nice bathroom, a smart TV and a nice bed. The breakfast was simple but delicious. The best part of the hotel is the staff, 10/10 for them. Totally recommend the place.👌

We had a great trip! the staff was attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable which is something I have never been able to say about any other property! excellent stay! Great location…close enough to reach every attraction but quiet enough after a busy day sightseeing. Lots of nice restaurants, cafes, and shopping nearby.

Drainage smell in the bathroom and flushing was not functional hence had to flush with a bucket. TV not working and unpleasant personnel. All the above were reported to reception on first night stay but nothing was acted upon.

Location was very close to Vatican so good and breakfast was decent.

We were traveling as a family, two adults and two kids. The hotel rooms were in another building. When we saw them we were shocked. They smelled ugly, the wall had a whole in one room, the shower was in the room and one room had not bed, but a sleeping coach. The building also was a construction site, with loud works during the day, a lot of dust etc. Additionally the internet was down, which was a huge disappointment to our sun. Additionally the bathroom in had a strong ugly smell, which got worse when it rained heavily in Rome. We raised the difficulties and the manager was able to upgrade us parents to another room, but it was in another building. So, we the parents moved to another room, which was great, but in another building. Our kids stayed in the hotel room, but hated the whole experience.

The manager was great and super helpful. We liked the breakfast and the area where the hotel was located.

Everything was perfect.

Our room was lovely, really spacious bedroom and bathroom. The room was clean and had all of the necessary appliances. The staff was super nice and helpful. At check-in we got a map of Rome and a detailed introduction to all of the main attractions which are all within walking distance. Definitely recommend!

We paid for a superior room but this felt very basic the view was lovely but other than that, the room was very basic. Our over head shower was broken and when turned on, the water went in the wrong direction so we couldn’t use it, we had to use the hand held, but the clip to put this on the wall was also broken so had to constantly hold it whilst trying to wash, the air con also was not working and the room was very warm.

The location was excellent and the room was very clean.

The staff were very friendly and we felt very safe. The location was great and really convenient for public transport to the landmarks which were further out. The room was more than we expected it even had a view of the Vatican.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like.

Loved this hotel. The location was fantastic as it so close to the Vatican. The other main sites were also not far that far away either. The hotel was situated in a lovely street and we felt really safe here. The room had a safe facility and it was really modern and clean. The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful and had good communication from the day we booked it. We were not leaving Rome until later in the day and were able to safely store our luggage in the little reception area, which was secure as you needed an electronic key card to get into the front door from the street and then again to get into the actual hotel itself. Would definitely come back to this hotel.
