A heater might be helpful as its v cold and extra blanket for those who need it and a plug to charge the phone payable on check in for those who need it. Excellent location...the best location you could get in Milan actually! Loved it. First time in Milan but definitely not the last Will take the same apartment for sure next time ! Location is on a busy area. Trams, vehicles pass by, heavy foot traffic in front of the apartment complex makes it too noisy. Too difficult to get sleep at night, or rest during the day.

The owner was very kind, attentive to our needs. Location is steps away to Duomo and plenty of restaurants and shopping. Apartment is spacious and clean.

We needed more information that the security gate would be locked at a certain time. Another person helped us with it.

The location was awesome. We were steps away from the Duomo and the Galleria. The building security was great. The place reminded me of the photos of the 60s. It was very cool.

The communication with the host is done using WhatsApp and because we came from Foreign country we didn't always have WiFi so were out of contact. We had a bit of confusion with both the check in and checkout procedures.. Other minor problem: shower tiles are falling apart. Small problems overall. I'd still recommend this place.

We got some pretty cold days min -1º max 6º and we reccomend with this weather condition, for a perfect stay, better asking for blankets in advance as heating wasn’t on and a/c was very tricky to deal with. Owner tried to help, by the way. We had some issues with the tv only able to watch La 7 as streaming was failing. Without these instances it would be a close to perfect cost/benefit ratio.

Located right where you wanna be! The charming old lift leads you to a small cosy flat in the heart of Milan’s historical centre. Here, at Duomo really means at Duomo, not 10/20 min. away. Owner availability to help to solve issues.

There are no screen doors in the bedroom balcony or the bathroom window so if you open the balcony doors or the bathroom window bugs get in and we did get bit by mosquitoes. The kitchen had poor lighting. AC didn’t work so well the 2nd night. TV remote stop working our last night.

There is no shampoo, there is no air conditioning, the furniture is old, I felt sad when I entered the apartment

It needs to change the furniture, new finishing and more lighting, especially in the bedroom. There was not enough information, such as putting a name or number on the apartment, information on how to use the Internet, and the building was not beautiful. The important thing is that it is a good place in terms of location, with the presence of an elevator, although it is small. Other than that, I did not find any advantages in it.

Very limited cooking pans & utensils. We rent apartments so we can cook breakfast, there was no pan of any size except a pot. There are no dressers or storage space. The photo suggests that the apartment overlooks the Duomo, it does not. To get into the apartment you take an elevator to the 4th floor, walk up the stairs to the 5th floor, open a funky terrace door with a key & step up 2 stairs & then unlock the apartment door. The lock on the door is atrocious, it was a struggle to get it to work every single time. This lock would stop us from renting this apartment had we known.

The location is fabulous, across the street from the Duomo, close to the La Scala Opera House, the Galleria shopping center & museums. Its a decent apartment. Air conditioner worked well

It was at the very top of the building with many flights of stairs. The lift was effective but my daughter was too scared to use it as very old fashioned. Is a studio not a flat.

The Air Conditioning did not turn on, but there were two fans we used. A couple lights in the bathroom did not work and we needed a couple more towels.

The bathroom is very outdated which isn’t necessarily bad but there are tiles in the shower missing which you can cut your feet on if not careful! Also no face washers provided. Soaps/ flooring need attention. Be prepared to hear noise because it’s right on the heart of town! Host should explain the electrical blinds 1st night we didn’t know they were there and we woke up early due to noise and light! Not ideal with children.

Property was in a fantastic location! Lots of space for a family for four to have their own room! Clost to supermarkets and restaurant’s! Check in was very easy!

I never met the host in person; communication was limited to messages, and the host's responses were quite abrupt. After sending a photo of the keys and the city tax money, I didn't receive any acknowledgment from the host, a goodbye or anything. The flat seemed to be just a money-making venture for the host, with little attention to hospitality. The WiFi details provided were incorrect, and I had to message the host to get the updated information. The sheet in the flat mentioned coffee and water, but there were only some abandoned sugar sachets—no coffee, no water, nothing beyond the bare minimum for a flat costing €200 per night. The flat was decently clean but needed more attention to detail( look at photo with mold from the shower), especially given the price.

The flat is extremely well-located, just steps away from the Duomo. The flat is very very spacious. Bed and sofas very comfortable. Towels and extra blankets. Seamless checkin / checkout process Secure building , very accesibile.
