Location, space, and cleanliness.

The location was wonderful and convenient to the Duomo and Metro entrance. The place was spacious and we had three people, my husband and I and a close friends and we were able to have our privacy. Kitchen has everything you need to cook even though we only had an espresso! Towels and bedding were clean. Master bed was comfortable, single couch bed was somewhat comfortable but could have been a little more comfortable. Overall we would definitely stay again!!! Owner was very responsive when we were trying to find the place.

Very cold Hospitality.

Location is perfect you are in front of the Duomo, but you won't be able to see it from any window you have as the apartment is on the attic inside, so any window you have either closed or you a view on neighbours, but not on the Duomo or main street.

Air conditioning is preset at a high temperature and cannot be changed. (25C/77F) Hot, muggy days in Milan are not conducive to having hot air blowing at you from something called the A/C. When contacted, the managers of the apartment were rude, surly, indignant, unprofessional. I let them know if anything happened to my family (two of whom have medical conditions that are affected by the heat - one a teenaged girl) I would take them to court. I said this ONLY after their insipid replies to us asking them to lift the restriction. These are a few of their replies: "we are sorry about this, but 25 degrees is a reasonable temperature. Anyway Is only for one day, we don't thing this is a big issue" "Sorry but this is the situation if you don't like you can find another solution" "we are not afraid of your stupid threats.. I repeat that if you want you can change hotels without any problem on our part.." We would have changed accommodations; however, they would not give a refund. For almost 500€/night, we are very unhappy and cannot recommend this facility (despite the location) to anyone under any circumstances. Happy to see others had a good experience. We absolutely did not.

When we arrived we were told to wait until someone left the building to get in. 😱 Six people standing on the street with luggage. First of all what? And second of all that did not make me feel very secure at all during my stay. No one showed us around so we were left to try to figure things out. Not a huge deal BUT we were not told that one of the light switches in the bathroom turned off the hot water heater so we inadvertently did that at night before we went to sleep and woke up with no hot water. There was no AC as stated in the ad. The AC units by the windows had taped over switches and the portable unit in the living area did not work as it was not vented. We were only there for one night with a pretty specific agenda and so it wasn't terrible but not great either.

The location was amazing. The host communicated very quickly.

Hot water wasn’t enough for 5 people to shower it went luke warm after 3 showers but it was bearable. We weren’t concerned, we just showered quicker.

This boutique quirky apartment is outstanding with beautiful features in every room. It overlooks the main shopping area and has lots of shops and restaurants on your doorstep. There’s every amenity you can think of from a coffee maker to plates, glasses and shower gel. I went for my son and mums birthday, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment and will be returning in the summer as we loved it so much. It’s also a few minutes to the tube/subway super handy as the public transport is cheap and it’s an easy 2 trains to Lake Como and 1 train to AC Milan. We did these trips in one day. I’d highly recommend this apartment and very helpful hosts.

I always expect noise in a central location however the windows appeared not to fully close so it was like the people on the street were actually in the room while you tried to sleep. It is also quite outdated, tiles missing in the shower and floor tiles lifting etc

it’s very difficult to get in, the home owner didn’t give us keys we had to try to wait for someone to get into the building or go ask a random person at the restaurant next to the building. We lost an hour trying to get in, so asked for a later check out but they said no.

There was a lot of noise from the roads as if the windows were open. Insulation problems and the apartment was cold, so if you travel with family it is not comfortable at all for toddlers. The host told us to leave the keys in the apartment, but it is impossible to go out because the main door is unlocked with keys, so you have to wait for somebody leaving or entering the building in order to go out. NOTE: The worst of all was that when I booked the flat, the price included all taxes, but once the booking was confirmed, a paragraph showed stating that you have to pay additional taxes of 22,50 cent for 5 people. I consider this a scam of not stating that you have to pay additional tax before purchasing the stay, but It pops up after order is completed! I do not recommend it.

The flat was a bit quirky to access as the elevator stopped one floor below and needed to climb a flight of stairs. You entered the terrace first before entering the actual flat. That being said, the instructions provided on accessing the flat were excellent.

The location was fantastic! Literally steps from the main piazza in from of the Duomo (Milan Cathedral) and the Fashion District. Room was comfortable with updated bathroom fixtures and great linens. A nice covered terrace too.

The flat was cozy, it was everything we needed. It was close to everything (of course, being next to the Duomo square). We liked everything!

We hated everything about this stay. It was so inconvenient. We had to climb stairs. The elevator was so old and sketchy. The stay was in the attic. There were bugs and dirty sheets. Don’t stay here.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! We left immediately. Still trying to get our money back. This place was DISGUSTING. Cockroaches everywhere. Squished bugs everywhere. Black mold in the bathroom. The grossest place I’ve ever stayed at. We took an Uber to Milan Suite Hotel and it was so much better.

It was very inconvenient to carry the suitcases up the stairs. There was no place to leave them for several hours after moving out until the flight. I had to pay 8 euros for 1 suitcase in a cafe. The Internet did not work immediately.
