The "art deco" decor was fresh and appealing and everything new and very clean. Owner Mauricio's enthusiasm for the place was contagious and he went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is just a few steps away from the hustle bustle of the main streets and therefore peaceful, and we enjoyed the little balcony attached to our room with the view of the Sienese rooftops. Also just short distance down the street is the series of six long escalators that will take you up to the level of the Duomo. We used them a lot! Siena is very hilly!

8mins walk from central bus station and 2mins directly to the Il Campo (central square). Good location, nice furniture, and thoughtful landlord (Maurizio)! Recommended.

There was almost nothing I did not like. Note though, this is not a hotel. There are only two (exquisite) rooms with some shared space. No 24hr reception or elevator.

I have staying in many places over the last few months and will remember these rooms as the most beautiful. Fantastic location.

The property was perfectly appointed with everything one needs to feel comfortable. Maurizio was very attentive and kind, and gave perfect directions and suggestions to make the stay enjoyable. There were plenty of choices and delicious coffee for a light breakfast, and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

I need to get real nitpicky because everything was so great but the breakfast could use a bit more diversity in the food. But it was still delicious!

we had such an amazing time there we were really sad we only stayed for one night. Mauricio is such a gracious person and a fantastic host who was ready to help with everything. The location is great (5 minutes away from the center square and 10 from the cathedral). The room is clean and everything is design in such a nice way.

The location was amazing and Maurizio went out of his way to send videos to ensure we made it safely as well as tons of recommendations. The homemade pastries were delicious and the fridge was stocked with plenty of snacks, including cheese and non- dairy creamer which I appreciated. This B&B was our favorite out of 4 places we stayed throughout our trip. The bed also was extremely comfortable! We went to a larger hotel in another city after this one and immediately regretted not staying at this B&B longer as it was the best stay!

Great location! So quiet! I’m a light sleeper and there was a party in the courtyard behind the unit, I did not hear a thing!! Very comfy and lots of perks like plenty of snacks. The hosts are amazing!
