the sofas in the waiting area were a little dated

location location location !!!!!!!! and what a view from the rooftop restaurant. We were right in the middle of Ancient Rome and could see the Roman forum and Palatine hill from the roof top and a small amount of the Colosseum as well. At night we even saw the Trajans market all lit up. Plenty of good restaurants open till late at night. Monti was just a 5minute walk

The breakfast had a varied menu and buffet to chose from with amazing views over the Forum. The rooftop bar was a nice place for an evening cocktail. Rooms were serviceable and comfortable. I had a lovely view from my window. Location was the key. Close to everything.

Fabulous location right opposite the coliseum. Lovely clean room and bathroom. Great breakfast with amazing views. I loved that we had windows we could open for fresh air and no stuffy heating blowing all night.

The room was quite small but this was not necessarily an issue as we were out all day and really only slept there.

The bathroom was modern and bed was comfortable. The rooftop bar was stunning but slightly expensive. Overall, it was a great place to stay with an incredible location!

The Hotel is too old, it's a lot of parts broken and with lots of stain. The bathroom is clean but old and small. The room itself is too small. The view is partial (ask to be at least at the 3rd floor). The breakfast is in the rooftop, great view but the staff fail to take out the rest of the others that finished the meal and the birds (lots of birds) come inside and stay over the table, everywhere, getting food. The staff doesn't do anything to avoid the birds disturbing the guests. The options at the breakfast are fair enough, something like a 3 star hotel with something else.

The Location of the Hotel is very good, just few steps from Forum, Coloseum, Via del Corso, Piazza Venezia and much more. The room is fairly clean.

Location is perfect and loved the views in the restaurant and the bar which is a great place for a nightcap. Roma are quaint perhaps a little basic but altogether it was a very enjoyable stay!
