Music from a nearby street is quite loud in the evening, but does not disturb sleep much (it always stopped reasonably early anyway).

By far the best thing was the host, who helped with everything and actively made sure things were fine before, during and after the stay. The location in the old town in a central position in a narrow alley (taxi may not be able to drive up to the door). The host was in touch in advance and sent the exact location on a map, so it was easy to find the place (otherwise it could have been a challenge). Rooms in good condition and very clean. Breakfast (self service) sweet in the Italian style. Rooms on 6th floor, lift not quite to street level (1 floor walk up stairs)

I recently stayed in Naples and had a wonderful experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near key attractions and local restaurants. Francesco was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and check-in/check-out was smooth. My room was well-maintained. Naples itself was vibrant and full of charm—perfect for exploring history, culture, and amazing food. I’d definitely recommend FP Suite to anyone planning a visit.

Francesco was so hospitable. Really made the stay that much nicer. The room is exactly as pictured. Comfortable, clean and modern. It's on the busy historical centre but it's well connected with plenty to do nearby. It should be noted for anyone travelling, Naples is not a rich city, and the historical centre can be a bit of a shock when you first see it and you should research the area you are staying in to make sure you're comfortable.

I don't normally do reviews but on this occasion when a host goes out of his way to help I think he deserves one. He lives in the block so meets you at the venue at a time convenient for you. He is very cheerful and helpful. It was like having a tour guide on WhatsApp recommendations for food and drinks. The venue although a little hard to find initially is located on the 6th floor. The apartment has a communal area shared by three rooms. Which has coffee and tea facilities. It is kept immaculately clean as is the room which has a small balcony and en suite. If you haven't been to Naples before as we hadn't the area initially is a bit of culture shock but once we got used to it I really liked it. So when you walk down a dodgy looking alley in a back street to find the entrance in trepidation to what you might find, don't worry as it's just part of being in Naples.

The stay in the apartment was perfect. The host Francesco was waiting to welcome us, show us the apartment, gave us information about the neighborhood. The location is excellent, everywhere close on foot. The apartment equipped with everything you need, very clean. The view from the terrace on Vesuvius wonderful. We highly recommend a visit to FP Suite!

Great place, walkable distance to anywhere. We really loved the room and the attention to details. We loved the bread served for the breakfast, enjoyed the coffee and appreciated the stuffs in the fridge.

the building was a little nosy in the evenings, but that didn't spoil the positive vibes we had:)

the room was very cozy, with a beautiful view over the vezuvius. the host was very helpful and easy to communicate with, he gave us useful info and great recommendations about where to eat good food. the building is located in the olt town center, at a 15 min walk from the train station. the old town is full of great pizzerias and great food in general.

The building itself is a bit dated and the area of centro storico may need a moment to get used to - it's one of the poorer areas of naples and very busy, not the cleanest. But we had no problems and you should know which area you book! We liked it.

Great modern flat with nice finishings. Nice bathroom and beds, very friendly and helpful manager who is easy to reach. Central location in the centro storico with most sights in walking distance

Location was walkable distance from Napoli Centrale station, however the pebbled streets make it difficult to drag the bags across , otherwise the accommodation was easy to find and the host graciously came to to escort us into the building and explaining about the room, coffee , breakfast etc. We felt very welcome by the warm hospitality and the highlight was the view of Mt. Vesuvius from the balcony which was magnificent at sunrise. Next day we had to leave early and was suprised to find that there were cornetto, pastries etc provided for breakfast already before 7AM, truly exceptional service, we wish to be back.

Building's walls are not so thick and we could hear the neighbors next door having a heated argument (and then cooling off with some TV) at night, but not really the hotel's fault, and nothing out of the ordinary in Naples. Earplugs can help if your sleep is light.

Amazing views of Vesuvius from the terrace, super welcoming host ready to help at a moment's notice, fresh pastries for the self-serving breakfast, kindness in keeping our luggage past checkout, plus noticing one of my fiancée's earrings on the floor and having it get back to us later in the day... true Napolitan hospitality, excellent cleanliness, a few steps away from the Duomo in the charming, authentic central historic quarter of the city, with unbeatable quality-price ratio. Thanks so much for having us!

Nothing, we loved it.

This was a really special place to stay. Right in the middle of the old town, it was like walking into an oasis. The host is very kind and made us feel very welcome. The quality of the decor is absolutely stunning, very high specification. The bed was very comfy, good breakfast. It has a beautiful balcony with an incredible view of Vesuvius, to see it in the sunset, then by moonlight, then first thing in the morning as the sun rose behind it is something we will remember for the rest of our lives.

The host was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay. He went above and beyond by recommending a variety of fantastic places to visit, making our trip even more enjoyable. One of the nicest gestures was when he helped us with our luggage upon arrival, which we truly appreciated. The accommodation itself was spotless, and the balcony offered a stunning view that made relaxing there a real treat. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised to find snacks and beverages thoughtfully left for us, making us feel warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend staying here.

Highly recommended! Very clean, just in the centre, but really quiet. The owner very helpful with all the info we needed. No problem when our plane was delayed two hours and our check inn was VERY late. No problem with luggage storage the next day. Thank you 🫶
