Would love the toilet to be in the room but it’s a beautiful old building, and it’s a private bathroom so not a big problem.

The apartment is stunning! Views incredible of the piazza below and it really is in the best central location. Davide was so lovely, I was given a baked vegan cake for my breakfast, especially for me which was a massive treat. Thankyou so much, absolutely delicious. The other cakes look great. There’s fruit and drinking water available as well as teas coffee etc. Useful to have the kitchen if you need it. I also needed to leave my bags on checkout day, there was no problem in that and resting awhile before getting my train home. Guisi (Giulia) was super helpful and friendly too!

Beautiful building, amazing location and helpful communication from staff. Did get caught out by external bathroom situation but now I know there are some en-suite, will look for those. Rooms are slightly spartan and could do with a bit more storage space but that’s very minor. The location makes it really worth booking - despite the road being quite noisy, it’s so convenient that it’s worth putting up with.

The property is on the main street where public buses frequently pass day and night. So if you are a light sleeper, the room facing the street (room no 1) is probably not a good choice for you. Perhaps the rooms on the other side are quieter.

The room was rather cool. We could only sleep in the room as everything else was in the common area, including refrigerator and kitchen utensils. So this was not very practical. No TV.

The location and the spacious room were comfortable. We got valuable help for dinner choice and check-in was quick. Elevator useful.

Bad: Toilets were out of the room and quite far. The worse is that this isn't specified anywhere before booking Very very bad: The noise of the street. We barely slept 2 hours strait. I don't even think that ear plugs would have helpt. We had the bad luck of experiencing riots just outside the building between 10 and Midnight. After that it was the cars, the cleaning of the street ... A lot of noise.

We stayed in a superior suite which was large, clean and very comfortable. Frame is in a fantastic location and we walked to all the main sites and restaurants. Davide was super helpful and couldn’t have done more to help us make the most of our stay with recommendations and checking in. The decor of the property, the kitchen and shared living space were excellent 😃
