We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWonderful breakfast room (and breakfast options), cozy guest room, comfortable and clean bed, large and well appointed bathroom and shower. A little small, but I was expecting that. The twin sized sofa bed was perfect for our teen. It was made up and ready upon our arrival. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location of this property was perfect for our stay as we arrived and departed from the Florence SMN train station which was a short walk (even with luggage). Located in the middle of everything, The Frame was a quick walk to every site you’d want to visit while in Florence.

United KingdomWe had a suite, and although the bedroom was fine, the living room with the sofa bed (which was comfortable), could use some TLC. It needs lights other than the ceiling spots and could use some decor on the wall to make it a little more cozy.
The location and the staff were excellent, helpful and kind. The room was clean and well kept. The breakfast was delicious.

United KingdomBrilliant location chose this hotel as it was very easy to walk to from the railway station also near the attractions very near the Duomo could pop back if needed to freshen up whilst out sightseeing. Very friendly staff - the reception staff gave good recommendations for restaurants and helped with any queries. The lady who served the breakfast was really friendly. Hotel had fun pop art of the Mona Lisa throughout. Was interesting to hear the history of the Frame Hotel and the Mona Lisa. Nice little touch the hotel provided refreshments laid out in the afternoon.
