A little small, but I was expecting that. The twin sized sofa bed was perfect for our teen. It was made up and ready upon our arrival. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location of this property was perfect for our stay as we arrived and departed from the Florence SMN train station which was a short walk (even with luggage). Located in the middle of everything, The Frame was a quick walk to every site you’d want to visit while in Florence.

It needs lights other than the ceiling spots and could use some decor on the wall to make it a little more cozy.
The location and the staff were excellent, helpful and kind. The room was clean and well kept. The breakfast was delicious.

Convenient to train and all sights. Wonderful staff, friendly. Felt safe . Clean room, bedding comfortable.

Everything was always clean. The breakfast was extremely tasteful and the coffee was really good. We will stay here again when we come back to Florence.

Very friendly staff - the reception staff gave good recommendations for restaurants and helped with any queries. The lady who served the breakfast was really friendly. Hotel had fun pop art of the Mona Lisa throughout. Was interesting to hear the history of the Frame Hotel and the Mona Lisa. Nice little touch the hotel provided refreshments laid out in the afternoon.
