We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Lovely welcoming family hotel. The hotel went an extra mile to prepare for me vegetarian dish. Delicious food and we love the New Year dishes. It was prepared with love and well thought dishes which made our New years celebration amazing.

United KingdomWhat a wonderful hotel! A very nice friendly warm welcome by the hotel owners and were also kind enough to allow me to park my motorcycle in their garage which was very appreciated. If I wasn't travelling I would not hesitate to stay here longer. The room was perfect and extremely clean. If you are passing through the area this hotel is perfect for bikers!

Very friendly family operated Gasthof ! Home cooked meal was great. Breakfast is simple, but sufficient and tasty. Rooms very very clean and whole place is clearly kept tidy in general. Matrass and pillow are tough to rate as it’s so personal. For me it wasn't the most comfortable but my wife slept like a baby. Bathroom clean and good shower. Soap is present but no shampoo. Which for us is no problem as we always bring our own. Ample parking spaces available free of charge. Owner suggested to park my motorcycle in their garage which was a great detail ! Location is excellent especially if you are either on tour to Penser Joch pass or Bolzano city.

A friendly and comfortable guesthouse run by a delightful couple. The rooms are homely and cosy. The view from ur rooms over the garden was pleasant and the dining room was cheerful and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but adequate and carefully set out to prevent waste.
