We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AlbaniaTowels smelled bad; water in the bathroom was too hot to take a bath, asked for help, the hostess never fixed; mattress was not comfortable; there was a coffee machine available but the hostess never showed us how it worked (probably switching it off with a key); the bathroom supplies (shampoo and soaps) were very few (3-4 packages for 2 people for 4 days); the room was dusty; the mini fridge in the room was dirty with small pieces of food; the whole residence smelled bad.
Air conditioner worked normally; the sheets didn't smell bad.

BelarusLet's start with the fact that when checking into the hotel there was already a problem, the term of check-in in the reservation specified until 21.00, we arrived at 16.00 and no one opened the door for us, there was no way to get and had to look for a cafe with free internet access, which has already caused a lot of discomfort! We checked in from the second time. The room is not a hotel, but rather a hostel!!!! with a separate bathroom (for me it was a shock that the toilet is in the shower). ) Cleaning is probably not carried out at all, all very dusty, cutlery dirty, but thank you at least for the clean towels and linens. do not recommend to check in, only if there will be no other options. And I recommend to the staff to reach a new level and start at least with a decent cleaning. I would never check in again when visiting Rome.
