Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Overall a great value. Definitely the bedroom would be tight for 2 people, I had a double bed. It was very comfy, breakfast was good with a variety. Location was great. Many stores, a pharmacy, and souvenirs nearby. Easy to get to nearby attractions, and metro was about 5 min away.

The eldest man which I guess is the owner was very nice to meet me and to show me kindly how to open the door since I am not used to that kind of lock, but that's another story. There was another person for each day and all of them was greeting me and answer my questions. They helped to pack the breakfast for the day I would eat before visiting super early at the Vatican. They was willing to store my luggage after checking out. They asked me to use the toilet if needed before leaving.

Nothing. For the money and star rating, this is one of the the nicest hotels in which I have stayed.
Breakfast consisted of usual continental fare and very satisfactory. Room was excellent, spotlessly clean, adequate bathroom and the location of the hotel meant quiet nights. Staff were very friendly, especially little Beatrice who was wonderful, helpful and explained all the necessary information in a professional way. She deserves 5 stars.

In our room bathroom floor level was higher than the main room area, 1 step in the entrance. Didn't bother us at all, but others may need to be careful at night, when travelling with small kids or in case of disabilities Check with the hotel first.
Great location, 5mins from Metro Republica, 10mins from Terminu and walking distance to attractions. Really helpful staff. Everyone. Beds really a plus, comfortable and all 3 full size ones in the room. I'd say more comfy than in many hotels. Room cleaned every day, fresh towels. Sky TV, should work for most of the nationalities (tv Polonia) A/C, fridge, safely deposit box in the room. Microwave in the reception. Good breakfast. Lift in the building, Weak cell signal in the room, though free wifi works great. Not a problem in general, just bit inconvenient. Overall great value for money.

Excellent location, on Via Del Corso. Rooms were spacious - much more than the average in Rome. The staff at reception were very helpful and take the time to assist their clients. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean with ample towels.

Perfect location. In the city you could walk everywhere and if you didn’t fancy the walk the metro is literally 1 minute away. Very quiet hotel with a tasty continental breakfast. Well worth a stay

The breakfast could have been better. They served (not self service) bread, coffee, fruit, juices and croissants. If your not a heavy eater in the mornings, it’s enough.
The location was great. Sights were close by. Easy to walk virtually anywhere. The rooms were very clean, spaciuos wc, with a nice shower. Definitely worth with the price.

As mentioned it was noisy in our first room. The street was noisy and something with the A/C but was not an issue in the other room!
Location was very good. Walking distance to everything. Our first night our room was very noisy but when we mentioned this the gal at the front desk was able to assist in changing rooms for our second night which was a 100% better! The breakfast area small but very friendly and had excellent croissants prepared by the staff. Pistachio one was the best.

Bathroom has no heating. The breakfast space was very small to accomodate all the hotel guests.
I liked the staff at the hotel. In particular Agron at the reception and Aleksandra at the breakfast. The room was good and very clean. Location is perfect and very closed to the metro.

Maybe its just me but I found it a bit confusing regarding using the different keys and key fobs to enter the building if the big main doors were closed
The location was very good....Close to Termini metro and not too far to walk to the Colloseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Staff were very friendly

The hotel is located inside a historic building and inside facilities do require some renovation. However, it is really comfy if you are on business trip. In any case, in Rome one does not stay in the room much.
The location was perfect on via Nazionale. The staff is remarkable. For instance the lady of the restaurant room was incredible with her suggestions about food. She made great sandwiches and croissants.
