We had a good time, but the staff was talking loudly right outside our door at 8 in the morning. She was on the phone and knocked on our door at 10:00 at check out, when we were on our way out.

The only thing we didn’t like were the pillows, they were quite hard and not the most comfortable to sleep on! That would be our only negative point, everything else was perfect

Great location - off the busy main section but still within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants! Spacious room - great size bedroom and bathroom, spacious and still had everything we needed!

I never got to taste the breakfast, since it was needed tickets and we never got to find them ;-; But well, it didn't bother much to be honest (Italy has amazing food all around)

Room cleaning wasn’t an automatic service, and even when asked, didn’t happen - had to find our own additional toilet roll and ask for new towels. Breakfast was sold as included but over 1km away on steep climb and tickets for the breakfast were only given on day 1 for 1 day. Wouldn’t have minded this if this was articulated clearer in the advert.

Property was well-located and spacious with a nice balcony and air con. Location was quiet and felt in a safe environment.

The breakfast set up was odd. Having to go to a nearby cafe just didn’t work. The choice for breakfast was very limited. Our toilet didn’t flush properly and the shower area needs re-grouted.

Very good location. Our room was clean and a good size. The security was 1st class. We were impressed with the secured gates and secured entry to the building. Safe and air con was free too which was a bonus. Overall our stay was good value for money.

Wonder place to stay in Sorrento! Nice room, private entrance with a water fountain in the front yard, and a small balcony with enaough space for 2 to maybe 4 persons (it has a table with 4 seats). Very close to the train station and close to the places you whant to visit.

The breakfast provided let our stay down, but thankfully there were alternatives but obviously at an extra cost to that already paid for.

The breakfast exceptionally poor. It was a pastry and a small coffee provided by the cafe over the road from the accommodation. The lady there wasn’t particularly friendly or welcoming. The location of the property was excellent, very well located and most things within walking distance.

The bed was really hard and uncomfortable. Also the road could be pretty loud at night and early morning.

There is only sheet on the bed to cover, and the period we were in Sorrento it was really cold. Luckily there was great heating system so we didn’t mind.

The location was great, 5 min to the centar and 10 min to the train station. The room was ok, the terrace was nice and the breakfast in the nearby caffe was really great.

I asked for help getting a taxi and didn't get a reply. II could have used some help. I ran out of toilet paper and had to request more. They just put it on the towel rack, didn't even put it on the toilet paper holder. That is a small concern, the lack of help getting a taxi was a real problem.

The breakfast was at a hotel down the street and was fine Sometimes the staff at the restaurant was a little grouchy. Breakfast allowed at the restaurant was a croissant, a coffee, and a juice. This was comparable to other breakfasts on my stay.

The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable, the walls were very thin so could hear others coming and going from the property and a light was left on in the hallway overnight that couldn’t be turned off which shone into the room. We stayed 4 nights and were able to have 3 breakfasts - I would typically think we would be entitled to a fourth on day of checkout. However these are all minor details that the host could quickly fix, and I would still highly recommend staying here.

Really excellent location, so close to the town centre, train station and bus stops. Really enjoyed the earlier check in of 12pm. Very friendly host who greeted us. Nice Italian breakfast just a few doors down. Very clean room.

A little tired, some tiles cracked, pillows hard, quilt edges frayed and ripped in places. We needed 2 blankets to put on mattress which was too hard for us.
