We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GermanyIt was a bit hard to find parking places during the evening due to the coffees nearby, unless one would go into the paid parkings, however if one can speak italian there was always a way to get a spot somehow.
The cleaness, how helpfull the staff was helping us out with the questions, allowing us to check a bit earlier due to us arriving earlier than planned, how quickly they took care of our problems with the door keycode. Having Il Ciottolo nearby, in case of a last snack before going up for a nice sleep night. If not having a car, it is also well served by bus and tram stops.

JapanThe outside of the building looks a bit worn, but the room itself is perfect.
We booked this place because we wanted to stay near the bus station and close to sightseeing spots. Upon arrival, Rosario and her daughter kindly helped us with check-in. The room was exceptionally clean and felt brand new. The bed was so large that the two of us could sleep comfortably with plenty of space. The balcony was a nice touch, and the shutters could be operated automatically with the push of a button. When closed, the room became completely dark, which was great for sleeping. We also enjoyed watching YouTube on the large TV. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with shampoo and other amenities. Rosario was incredibly friendly, providing us with excellent recommendations on places to visit, and even allowed us to store our luggage the next day while we went sightseeing. Thanks to Rosario and her daughter, our stay in Napoli was truly enjoyable and made for a memorable trip.

The Personal was really friendly. Even tho, breakfest was not included, they gave us coffee and croissants for free. It was extraordanary clean. We loced it.

HungaryNice, very clean, tidy and cosy air-conditioned room wit balcony. The description matches perfectly with the reality. Well located , close to Naples central station. There was coffee machine and sweets, wich was very kind. Francesca and Carmen went out of they way to make my stay comfortable. They are both were incredibly lovely and welcoming. Thank you! I would definitely recommend.
