Very reasonably priced, comfortable and spacious room in a very nice location for visiting room. Just everything that we needed for our two nights stay prior to our cruise trip from Rome.

There was no air conditioning and only a mobile unit which didn’t do the work. Installation of an air conditioning is required

The a/c was a bit unreliable and needed to be colder (set at 23 degrees) and the bed was a bit soft for us and slightly sagged in the middle, but we slept well despite this. A long mirror in the bedroom would have been helpful (we were attending a wedding) as no other option available apart from the one in the bathroom. We also couldn't get the buttons on the safe to depress properly so we couldn't use it.

We loved our long weekend stay at Gemini Navona Suites and would stay again. I booked well in advance making it very good value. The hosts were contactable and helpful. Really great central location with cafes and restaurants so close that we barely used the shared kitchen (great coffee maker, microwave and sink area). Clever door opening systems via my phone. The room was a double with tv and ensuite bathroom and some space for clothes, as per photos. Rome was having a heatwave during our stay so a/c was critical and there were some issues with it turning itself off, but the hosts were on it trying to fix it and we were given a standalone fan also. The room was quiet despite overlooking a busy street (room 5) - we never opened the window because of the heat and to keep the a/c in. The bed was comfortable enough and the shower was strong and managed our 3-a-day requirements after boiling sightseeing! There's a taxi rank right outside with local metered taxis.

The space is a little tight but exactly what we needed given we were out touristing every day.

The location was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to all the main attractions. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our three days in Rome. We were very grateful for the lift in the building as it made getting our baggage up and down very easy. The aircon worked perfectly and the shower had excellent pressure. The staff were friendly and helpful via WhatsApp and even provided a great list of restaurant recommendations for our stay.

As the rooms are centrally located, there is noise that travels from the street below which may disturb some people at night.

The doors could benefit from an internal lock as the online check in means anyone with the link could unlock the door to the room.

The taxi sent by the host did not arrive due to an accident but the driver did not communicate. It was not host fault.

The shower doesn’t have a door or curtain and water gets everywhere.

The room was nice and clean. Location was right in the middle between Vatican City and the center of Rome. We were provided with bottles of water, tea, coffee. We also had information on transportation, restaurants, etc.

Incredible location right next to Piazza Navona with so many food options! Staff were very accommodating when we had a minor issue with the fan in our room. We stayed three nights and it was a lovely space to come back to after exploring all day. Highly recommend.

The luggage storage option is just in the lobby and not in a more secured area.

The property was very clean and everything we needed for 2 people. It is located perfectly in the heart of Rome with easy walking access to several sites. We felt safe with secure and locked entrances. There is some road noise with the window open, but perfectly fine with it closed and the A/C on. The host even allowed us to check in early and store our luggage!
