There is centralized aircon and portable but still wasn't enough for this unusual heat in Rome, and the ceiling is about 12' and that could also be a factor. We had a problem getting in because of the reservation # not working on the checking website but they've let us in remotely.

Just a block away from Piazza Navona and very close to Vatican. The place is very big for four of us. We'll stocked toiletries and the place is very secure. Nice big bathroom and the bed is big for us.

It wasn’t a problem for me, but some people may not like that there is no reception and that check in is entirely done online. Entry is also keyless and requires a device that can access wifi/data.

The room was bright, clean, and exactly as pictured in the images. Communication was excellent as well. A very comfortable stay close to Piazza Navona.

One day we through the bathroom towels on the floor because we needed a change. However, when we got back in the room, at the end of the day, we found the very same towels on the hanger. We contacted the person in charge and the issue was resolved immediately!

The first night.. toilet didn't have tissues. Room was a little smaller than I expected but I'm only saying this because I'm being asked.

Great communication and help from Valeria and her father in a time of need! Rooms are AMAZING! Keycard for easy access into the apartment and room. Very comfy beds and the bathroom was 10/10. Would definitely stay again! Great location, everything within walking distance, lots of food options nearby.

It wasn’t a hotel in my opinion it’s just an apartment room at best. If I knew that was the deal I wouldn’t stay. No offense room was large, clean just bidet wasn’t working but good overall. One annoying thing was there were papers on all of the doors at same flat including ours which is written “be quite, neighbors aren’t pleasant because of your noise” . We were silent as space from the very beginning to the end because we respect people in our lives all the time so… I didn’t like the caution.

They do not want you to eat or drink in your room, which was somewhat inconvenient. I would not stay here if you won’t have easy access to your messages while traveling since most communication is via text message. Otherwise, it was a fine stay and decent value for money in a very central location.

The bathroom drains really smelled . There was a sickening strong smell in the room. I’m sure they are aware of the issue and it’s unfair nothing gets done about it considering the price range of the room

Bed was not that comfortable. Pillows were not comfortable at all.There was a terrible smell from the pipes in the bathroom. The room smelled awful but I guess it was not their fault. The building is very old.

IT was cozy and nice. Right in the heart of everything. Perfect for a short stay in Rome. The communication with the staff was smooth and they were very responsive. Room was small but clean and nice.

Location was great, being in the centre of piazza Navona and surrounded by restaurants, attractions and gelato! Bed and pillows were comfortable however, they didn’t provide a doona, rather just a thin sheet to cover ourselves with. The view of the place was great too, looking onto the streets of Rome. There is also a communal kitchen as well too.

Negative: 1. Room wasn't very clean. -- Dust on lots of places like the shelves. -- The bathroom was especially bad. --- On the toilet, the paper holder and behind it on the wall there were brown stains, which was quite disgusting. --- At shower we could find hairs (long hairs) that were not from us, as we didn't even use it at that time. -- The curtains also didn't look very clean. -- Inside the safe it also wasn't clean. We cleaned some of it ourselves. We didn't mention this to the staff, as we wanted to focus on our vacation. When the room was cleaned again on the third day, we could still see brown stains on the toilet paper holder and wall. 2. From the bathroom, occasionally a bad small came up, probably from the sewer. That was quite bothersome. 3. The door on the bathroom is not too easy to move and you cannot close it fully. You can also see trough the door. 4. The room is rather dark, not much daylight is passing trough. 5. At nights, you will definitely hear some noises from the street, like cars passing by. But if you sleep deeply or use earplugs, that might not be an issue. Noises from the corridor can also be heard. 6. Bathing/hotel slippers were not provided by default, we had to contact the service multiple times to receive them. Those white slippers are usually there on every hotel. 7. I received lots of emails/messages with instructions for how to access the build/room etc, but there were various emails, describing instructions differently. I was rather confused, so a single page with clear instructions and ideally with pictures would be more helpful.

Positive: 1. The service employee was responding fast and was helpful, providing a heater and duvet, when we mentioned that it could be cold at nights. They also gave us recommendations for good restaurants. 2. There's a kitchen outside the room, so you can breakfast there or grab a tea. 3. Access to the build/room with the online tools worked well. Simply press a button and the door opens. 4. The location is very central, so there was no need take any public transport, unless you don't want to walk all day. 5. You can easily find cafes and such on the location, for example to make breakfast. Although not much variety, though this is probably cultural.

Room had a step between entry/bathroom and sleeping area, with no night light in the room. Getting up in the middle of the night I tripped on the step and got a nasty bruise. There is an iron in the common area but no ironing board. Coffee is limited to a cheap espresso maker. Had to carry a key instead of a card or combination to enter the building.

Clean, good bed, management responded to booking.com messages very quickly.

Also tricky when booking for someone else who is not in the country - far too complicated. Came to Rome from Naples where the hotel didn’t require any of this kind of information!!

The only issue we had was that the AC didn't go lower than 74 degrees (F). It kept the room reasonably cool, but we were both a bit hot at night. Otherwise, this place was great. Very clean and super friendly staff.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the location was outstanding. Centrally located in Rome, and easy to walk from the room to just about anywhere in the city. Taxis are also readily available just outside, and restaurants are nearby.
