The walls are quite thin so we could hear a lot going on next door and above us, but it didn’t stop us sleeping just woke us up a few times. It was ok for one nights stay but probably not for longer. Also it was great to have a kettle in the room but a shame the plug socket was too far away so we had to put it on the floor for it to work. So just some small little details missing!

We liked how it was very well furnished, with a lovely theme and was super clean and comfortable. The room was cosy and slept well. Breakfast was delicious and the location was great.

There is not specific place to leave the keys outside the property, if you do check out early like I did and there is no staff around,you will need the keys to open the main building door and the gate door outside to exit the property and then go back inside leave the keys in main area ,so you will need something or somebody to keep the doors open for you

The breakfast area is in the shared hallway just outside the room. You can hear everyone go in and out, get breakfast, talking, laughing etc. Some people coming in late or leaving early.

Great location near pedestrian street. Room was small but efficient, bathroom has a nice size shower.

The only thing that i didn't like were some kind of stains on the bed sheets.

The room was nice and clean. We came there pretty late in the afternoon but the owner left us keys in a box so we could pick them up anytime. Everything went smooth from check in to checkout. The breakfast was also really nice. We had some cereals with milk and croissants with butter, jam and nuttela.

Wifi was disconnecting frequently, which made it difficult to work. Coffee at breakfast was not enough and the staff was slowly in replying. Had to wait for my check in even tho I told upfront when I’ll be there.

We recommend displaying the instructions for use of the coffee machine. We weren't the only ones who had problems with it.

The location of the accommodation is good, easily accessible. The room is comfortable, clean and modern.

No balcony.. that's about all.. oh and a smart TV would have been perfect..

So clean... The building is under renovation and I'm sure will be beautiful once finished... The self check in was super easy ... Wish it had a balcony.. as it would have been a 10.. 20 minute walk to train station.. close to the main square. Fab would definitely recommend the Gemmis!!

There was breakfast but not a proper breakfast. I couldn’t figure out how to use coffee machine. The corridor lights were getting switched off after just 5 seconds and I had to move again to lit them again. There were cornflakes but no bowls to use to eat them in. So don’t depend on breakfast even if it says breakfast included but otherwise the room was clean and location was good

It was a nice stay . It was closer to main stations and also the archeological sites to visit.

no elevator and a little far from the train station, around 15mins walking. Not the perfect location if you wanna visit Napoli, Sorrento or Positano.

Very good location.. 10 minutes walk to Pompeii station, and to Pompei Scavi station.. from where you can take the train to Sorrento 20-25 minutes

The entrance of the property could do with a bit of renovation but once you close the apartment main door it’s fine. The croissants were all gone in the morning unfortunately :(

The apartment was so clean and tidy. Good location right in the heart of Pompeii. Nice modern furnishings & cool little balcony. The highlight was the host, he could not be more helpful telling us how to get places etc. He even did a taxi run to Positano the next day which would have taken us 3.5 hours, multiple buses and trains, would highly recommend for a short stay in Pompeii.

The noise isolation was very very bad but I guess it's like that in every old constructions. You can really hear EVERYTHING coming from the hall, from the other rooms and from upstairs. Some ear plugs should make the trick.

No lift at the apartment and need to climb up 2 floor with the luggage. Overall the stay was good

Location is good. Near to city center and 15mins walk to Pompeii Ruin. The host response fast and allowe to check in to the room early. Light breakfast provided.

Walls are paper thin, and I had the misfortune to have a couple arguing and shouting, that seemed to go on all the time, very very annoying
