United KingdomWhen we made the booking at hotel, the receptionist confirmed with us breakfast was included. However the next morning when we came down for breakfast, the receptionist told us we need to pay for breakfast..... The original room we were given was not cleaned properly so the receptionist had to change our room but it was smaller. Facilities were old generally and bathroom was not very clean

GreeceIt is a very good hospitality structure, especially for travelers passing though Bari or Puglia in general. The Wi-Fi was excellent, the room quite, the bed very good, hot water and clean room. The PARKING is protected, and this is very important for cars safety. Reception is very polite and the receptionists are really very helpful. It is a good choice, safe and cost effective.
