Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location is fantastic, especially if you are using the trains. It is my third visit and I have always found the staff very good. The breakfast food is excellent and the staff in the dining room are very helpful and friendly. I am returning in August and know I will enjoy my time there again.

Room had a smell about like it needed to be aired out. Shower not the greatest. Definitely good for a one night stay no more than that. It also didn’t live up to the pictures on their website nor booking.com’s .
It is conveniently located not far from the station. Okay as a one night stopover. It was adequate for the purpose of catching a train to our next destination the next day.

The only thing I would fault is the old fashioned clunky hairdryer attached to the wall in the bathroom - expected a better hairdryer from a 4 star hotel.
The location was perfect for us for a 1 night stay as we were catching the train to the airport the following morning.

Workout area was not very good but that was not main purpose for choosing the hotel. Hotel little pricey but met expectations. And it is Europe in the summer!
Room Very Good size for 3 People with desk, safe, and refrigerator. Closet somewhat small. Clean, no odors. Large, Modern Bathroom with 2 sinks, shower/tub, good water pressure and temperature and toiletries. Breakfast was Very Good, Excellent for European hotel. Location was great due to proximity to dining options and Roma Termini station, and mini-marts for essentials like water, Metro tickets. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel security excellent.

Location is great in terms of closeness to the Termini Station. Back alley didn't feel as secure. Rooms in lower floors directly looks to the street in the back.

Unfortunately there were the usual undesirable people who roam around the local vicinity of the main station who were very loud all through the night and usually up to no good.
Location was ideal as very close to Rome Termini main station. We had a suite two separate rooms for me and my wife and my son.

The room was well decorated and very clean. The bathroom was well fitted and very clean. Location was excellent as it is very close to the Central Train Station where we travelled from the airport for an overnight stay before catching a train to the port the following day. Being in central Rome it was close to a number of attractions.

The only minus for me was that there was a lot of noise from the street in the evening and during the night(my room was ont the first fllor) and at times it was really bothering. Also the elevator was a bit slow. Otherwise it was ok.
Good location next to Roma termini station. Nice personnel.

I think the room price was a bit high, even though the hotel itself was nice.
Excellent room, lots of space. Comfortable beds. Room on the 1st floor. Breakfast room offered many choices. All around a good stay.

Unfortunatelly near the hotel lives many ilegal immigrants that keep talking all night long, even with our windows closed we could hear them eternally mumbling.
The bedroom is very nice, big and with a beautiful decoration. It is very close to Rome Termini train station, which allowed us to get there very quick

Noisy young people in the street all night. Didn’t feel very safe, bodyguard on door and police nearby. Air conditioning wasn’t very good.

The hotel is located near central station Termini, first night we stayed in room on the first floor, a lot of people sitting on the floor at night under the window and it was scared and very loud. I afraid to open window at night

A very very loud or noisy machine or a generator just outside our room widow that started up at 08:00 ran for an hour. It stopped us being able to speak or hear. The view from the room window of the room 211 was 3rd world. Really poor.
Welcome accomodating positive attitude of reception. perfect location near Termini train station and Underground lines. Good first impression of the room contemporary decor and everything worked

Location was a little rough and loud at night time which felt a little unsafe, breakfast hot choice could be more varied. Pick up from airport not arranged as promised.
