Location is perfect. But it is very difficult to park the car. Late fee has to be paid after 8pm.

Very convenient location, spotless cleaned bathroom and room, quiet room, easy to communicate. Host response to our questions even during midnight. After check out, we left luggage in the front area. Host Marco remotely opened the door for us at exact time we requested. Very happy experience.

Checking in experience. Entrance to building was done remotely. When internal gate closed, it locked, leaving me locked out and half my bags stuck in the lobby. Not a great start. Thankfully, the cleaning lady arrived and let me leave my bags before checked in.

Excellent location and friendly and helpful staff. The lady who checked me in was helpful and bubbly. Close to a taxi rank which was convenient for getting to Termini station the next day.

We had the basement room (which was great) but the main room lights were very bright when waking up. This could be improved with a softer warm bedside lamp.

The room was really clean and the cleaner was really friendly and accommodating who checked us in earlier than expected which was a great surprise after a long flight. The shower pressure was great and the guesthouse was in the perfect location. There are some of the best cafes and a bar with live music a couple streets away. It's also a stones throw away from the bus stop which takes you direct to the train station.

Top floor was hot - the aircon didn’t seem to reach the top floor making it very hot at night. But no other faults!

Perfect and simple. Duplex was perfect - top floor large double bed and lower floor double sofa bed. Close to shops, attractions and restaurants! Perfect spot! Alba greeted us on arrival and she was very welcoming! She Made sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. Very nice thank you

Tiny but beautiful apartment, super clean in great location in walking distance from basically everything you need to see in Rome. Air conditioning was very welcome as Rome got veeeery hot this summer.

It was weird entering and exiting the unit. 4 doors/ different locks to go through. Very basic. Slight outside noise issue from the window, leading to the alley.

Fairly convenient location. Taxi stand nearby. Restaurants nearby as well. Clean and comfortable. Small fridge.
