Everything was great. Rooms are spacious and clean (very clean tbh). Staff is very helpful. It was also possible to leave suitcases on reception after the checkout. Location is amazing: it is in a city center and what was really important -- rooms are very quite. You won't hear crowds, music etc.

We could hear the main entrance when it opened, on days we went to sleep early it could be a bit bothersome but overall we didn't mind it. Please note that the room is small. It didn't feel crowded though, and there was enough room for all our belongings.

Perfect location, the room was clean and warm, comfortable bed, great shower, everything was well maintained and beautifully designed, with daily coffee capsules :) The kind staff promptly replied our requests. We felt it was a great place at a very good price.

Very centrally located,only 2 mins from piazza Di Spagnia. Clean, value for money, modern, all the facilities were exceptional, TV and frigo bar, complimentary we had drinking water, coffee, tea coffee machine, iron and iron board, shower gel, hairdryer, daily cleaning and top up.

Great communication regarding check in etc., ideal location for sightseeing and shopping (right next to the shopping street), supermarket right next door. Very nice and large rooms & a very comfortable bed!

The only downside was that the shower didn’t have any shelves or storage for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so we had to leave them on the floor.

The location was fantastic! Although the rooms were a bit small, there was enough space for our large luggage, and the modern design was great and very clean. The lighting options were amazing. The front desk staff was really friendly and helpful.

Ridiculously slow elevator. No view. No breakfast. Nowhere to hang the towels.

Location of the property is amazing. All famous sites are walkable within 20min. Everything in the room was new. Comfortable bed, spacious closet. The staff was very friendly.

Excellent location, 5 minutes from the Spanish steps, clean, quiet, near the entrance, super excellent, the owner of the house communicated with me on WhatsApp and we even approached her office on the main street and she helped us and answered questions. Excellent place, highly recommend. A bit of a whistle for 4 but we managed. We went up to the apartment by somewhat narrow stairs. But not bad.

Small issue with drainage of shower and loose toilet seat.

We booked the Deluxe Quadruple Room for our family of four. Centrally located to Spanish steps, Piazza del Popolo and Spagna metro station. On a quiet street. Plenty of eateries around for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including small market next door for water, snacks and other small needs. Nice modern look and facilities. Received housekeeping daily. Kids slept on pull out sofa. A bit tight with all of our luggage out. But would definitely stay again. Staff were very nice, friendly, helpful and attentive with all questions and issues.
