We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaBathroom was awkward because of the set up with shower/toilet. Electrical plug in bathroom did not heat my hair iron. Was able to plug in in bedroom area but there was no mirror - ended up using my iPad camera to style my hair. 😂

Lives up to the title “Grand”. Like moving back in time to old times of luxury travel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and we have to mention Claudio and Wim.

The location was great, it’s close to the opera house. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby and it’s a great base. Hotel staff were great and the reception staff extremely helpful. Breakfast really good selection and was open for a decent amount of time.

UkraineBy default there's no electric kettle for you to boil water. But if you ask the staff, they can bring you the set. Also the room I got is quite small, ok for one person but it won't fit more than that. The breakfast choice is rather limited considering it is a 5 star hotel and the dishes are quite standard, without any true specialties.
Location is good, within walking distance to both the sightseeing area as well as to the port. The staff is helpful with my requests to send extra water/coffee and provided me with the info on the airport shuttle, which is not reflected through Google Map. The room I booked is small but clean, with boutique interior. The shower is nice with strong water.
