The sauna is a bit outdated.

A nice big hotel very close to the city itself. The staff were really friendly and put away our bike bags half a day earlier. Breakfast very abundant and very tasty.

They refused to issue an invoice with company address because of booking via booking.com, we got a kind of interesting “room” which was kind of not isolated tiny house on the roof of the building-directly beside the air conditioning aggregates of the hotel what felt like sleeping on a ship of something because of the noise, the private terrace wasn’t privat at all - on one hand as this was a unit of 2 the other guests had to pass along our glass front on the other hand other guests simply entered the terrace even though there is a fence so you were forced to keep curtains closed the entire stay to have some privacy, the average age of the guests matches the age of the facility-on day one it felt like arriving at a retirement home (I know that a hotel can’t control the age of its guests but probably it is interesting for other younger people), the facility itself is aged (elevators are not really trustworthy, mosaiks in Pool and flooring are loose and broken) and even though you see that they are taking care of the hotel it feels like a trip back in time.

We liked the location and the free parking on site. The facilities are nice and clean. We really liked the rooftop terrace which was part of our “room”. Breakfast was ok but it’s about quantity not quality. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

Staff more friendly and helpful towards Dutch and German fellow guests. Overlooked a few times in the bar and restaurant, even though we had arrived before other guests. Also told we could not book bicycles a day ahead. Only to find other guests had managed to. Please treat everyone the same.

Location great. Hotel clean. Facilities excellent. Nice touches - welcome bubbly and well stocked complimentary room additions.

Water was a bit cold in the outside pool. Wanted to use indoor one but was told you had to wear a swimming hat and pay for it

The downside of the hotel is the pool restaurant and the staff of it. On the first evening, when we sat down to eat, we were misled by the restaurant's staff that the food was no longer available ant 7PM, then went back to the reception and reception arranged everything for us. Turned out, that two young waiters don't speak in English. Later, when we ordered a food, we waited for 50 minutes for Spaghetti alla Carbonara and Trout Gardesana. When the food was served to us and saw the trout, my wife was in shock, it looked like a huge mess in the plate and both meals were cold. The fish was inedible, cold and severely oversalted. At the same time, the other elder couple of Germans had the same dish and insisted to take it away from their table, so we did the same - fish was inedible. After few minutes, the head bartender (guy in grey hair and glasses) came to us to have a conversation (because the other German couple didn't speak in english, he tried to speak to them as well). Instead of accepting the mistake he tried to blame us that we don't understand the food, and 50 minutes of waiting is normal there. That totally ruined our first evening. The other days we felt unwelcome in that restaurant so we decided to have dinners in the city for the rest of the stay. Just because of that restaurant staff I cannot give 10 to this hotel.

The hotel is huge and well equipped. From the very first minute I felt I'm, holidays. It has 2 restaurants, a pool and secured private parking lot. The hotel has everything to stay in it, but on top of that is just few meters from the Lake Garda and the city center of Bardolino. Reception staff is very helpful, especially Martina, she's very communicative, shared her experience according to our plans to travel around the Lake Garda which saved our time. I'd love to come back to this hotel in the near future. Thank you.

Really difficult to get any advice on tours.we ended up doing none which was disappointing. We didnt book in advance but assumed there would be options. We had issues with other couples who were misbehaving.

Overall great family spacious hotel with lovely pool in amazing location. Good indoor pool. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Beside the waterfront for another swimming option. Air-conditioning super.

Location is excellent near the bus station short walk nice layout hotel very close to the lake. Pool is large. Very clean everywhere. Good food both in breakfast and at the grill. We really enjoyed our stay perfect for us with older children. Lifts were great access to rooms and rooms were very well serviced. Having towels in the room changed daily and also having pool/lake towels was brilliant. We loved the lido and went every day it was included in the hotel and saved us 36€ a day. We split the day between the pool and lido but that was a real highlight to go there. The staff were all great looked after us some evening entertainment singers and karaoke though that was mostly music being played. The location is excellent a short walk into Bardalino which is beautiful and offers lots of choices for evening meal if you are not eating at the hotel.

The only downfall was the wifi was very poor, not an inconvenience for us but may be for other visitors wishing to work from the hotel.

Fabulous hotel in the heart of Badolino. We stayed in what they class as a basic room, but in truth, it was anything but basic, from towelling robes, a fridge to a powerful shower. The facilities were excellent. We enjoyed the lido, which very few in Bardolino have attached to their property and pool too. In the morning the breakfast was plentiful. The staff were courteous and the tourist officer at the front desk was always ready to help with buses/ferries and advice on activities

Gym was poor.

Location was excellent. The hotel is quite old, but still fairly functional. Both outdoor and indoor pool were nice. Breakfast was ok. The village was nice and full of good restaurants.

Not friendly staff, talked to the staff a couple of times but only one man at the grill was rather nice. The staff spoke limited english, but 1 girl working at the back in the reception spoke better english but only helped out for a short time after a long time of very limited understanding in english. At least 3 staff members spoke good german but that did not help us, very surprised with the limited english at a very big hotel, even the man at the info desk (for tours) spoke very limited english. We informed the reception right after we arrived that the floor in the room was dirty all over, she only said that she would ask the cleaning staff to vacume it the next day, did not say that she was sorry about the situation at all and this is not a cheap hotel. Not good customer service and we expected more regarding the staff and for the whole experience.

Very big hotel with a couple hundreds of rooms, big swimmingpool, restaurant-grill by the pool, always free coffee and juice, 24hour reception, free small refreshments over the day. Great facilities.

More information about facilities needed, map was slightly useful and after wandering around We found most places. Not as well set up for less abled visitors my mum couldn’t have used the sun beds as they were too low and unable to use indoor swimming pool due to there being a ladder to get in and out and no steps.

Wonderful location. Short distance to the lake and only a short distance to the ferry 10~15 mins for us but 5-10 for most people. The Ferry’s were very easy to use and on time, very efficient service. It is possible to buy tickets the day before to avoid the queue. The hotel was very clean and staff helpful and friendly. Free coffee was available throughout the day and afternoon tea, which was an added bonus. We went in June so lots of sun beds available in all areas. The covered courtyard was a lovely place to relax after a day out.
