The hotel is very clean. The breakfast is super delicious. And the half board is very good.The location is right in the heart of the hotel. The parking is very convenient to reach the hotel room. We will come back and stay for 5 days in 2024.

The only thing that got us out was the the incredible breakfast spread and the pools. MY GOODNESS THE POOLS. We'd come back just to relax there for a few days.

We booked a double room but got an upgrade to the zirbe exklusiv which was amazing! The beds are huge and very comfortable. We really appreciated the balcony. The swimming pool area is beautiful and the pools themselves nicely warm. There are plenty of long chairs inside and outside to relax with an amazing view on the city. We also had much fun in the playrooms with babyfoot and ping pong. The breakfast was excellent and there was a lot of choice. We enjoyed the proximity of the city Center that is reachable by foot and the brixen card that allowed us to take the cabins for free. The fitness room is also well equipped for example with cross training, bikes.

Location right in the city center within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Free parking in front of the hotel (when available).

The food was disappointing - the traditional food of the region was not up to standard. post pandemic it’s hard to find experienced staff but a chef who doesn’t know what browned butter is, is not the answer.
