No facility to make a drink however there is a coffee machine at the entrance you can pay for a coffee, tv only Italian chanels (I understand we’re in Italy but another option for international guests will be nice)

Clean, great response from host (host was responsive and very understanding), tv, fridge, near Olbia town centre lots of good restaurants and lovely nightlife, supermarket called M D nearby, petrol station nearby, wifi was very fast, towels provided

Enrico communicated direct and easy instructions to self -check in. The compact suite was clean.. bed was comfortable, spacious bath with shower. the proximity to the Olbia airport was a the reason for choosing this place .. it was 6 min. away from the airport and we were able to fill up the car on the way to airport . would stay here again . thank you, Enrico!

Needed to stay in Olbia after a delayed flight. This was a short taxi drive from the airport and a 20 minute walk to the station the next morning. Excellent pizzaria nearby. Just what we needed. Thank you.

The entire flat flooded at 1: 30 am forcing us to leave in the middle of the night onto the streets and I've had no refund nor a reply for this.

Pillows and tree outher cases were filthy. We got clea pillow cases but no replacement pillow, as they were left on the bed for US to change. There FRIDE didn’t work and shutters where broke. No glasses to drink the warm water out of, as the fridge was not working. Shower had no shelf for shower gels or shampoos. The bottom apartment was being used by a LADY of night, with ALOT of gentleman callers if you get my drift.

First, there is nothing near this place. It is in the middle of a neighborhood, no restaurants, no clubs, bars, or interesting places, you have to take a long walk in order to "see something moving" - except for the pair of neighbors' dogs barking at each other. The shower is very small, you hit walls simply by bending down, not recommended for any 3XL guys - impossible! We saw the staff untill mid-morning. It would be helpful to provide staff with the knowlege, sensibility and interpersonal skills required to understand that a monosyllable is never the answer customers are looking forward when asking something, and that whatever they do, say or avoid doing/saying it is the hotel being represented at the moment. They need help in that sense.

The room was acceptably clean and comfortable, A/C was a plus-plus. We had a table and four chairs in the room where to have a meal together or play cards. Besides that, there was nothing else to see or do but to get a sleep.

Great location, bus stops within a 2minute walk and the city was also within a 10minute walk. It takes 5minutes to get to and from the airport. The host was really polite, helpful and quick with replies. We locked ourselves out late one Sunday night and the host called us straight away after we messaged and then was at the property within 5minutes to get us back in - amazing!

Strong overpowering smell of cigarette smoke when on description of the property it states it’s a non-smoking room. Flies all over the room. Toilet was stained with a brown colour and the rooms were overall dirty. Destination was far out.
