Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

BelgiumThe hotel is well located, both the beach and the city centre are close by and the bus stop is just around the corner. The room was very clean and well equipped and the staff were very kind to us! The breakfast was varied and fresh, and the tables were always set for everyone. I really enjoyed my stay there and will definitely come back.

the lady that showed us in was lovely and really helpful with local recommendations to make the most of our short stay. Ideal location between the beach, bus stop and supermarket and the other direction into town. The communal lounge / eating area / fridge / kettle / microwave was really useful and everywhere was very clean. The balcony way a lovely addition and the room was ideal for us.

MaltaOnly drawback was that were not too many restaurants/attractions around the area and we were without a car and with children but this has nothing to do with the apartment itself; I'm just mentioning it as a heads up to recommend hiring a car if staying in this area.
Cosy apartment with 2 interconnecting rooms, spacious bathroom/shower and a small kitchenette plus a yard which was great for my smoking wife. Area was nice and quiet and just 5 minutes walk from the supermarket and bus stop to the city centre. Everything was very clean and wifi was fast. I must also say a few words of appreciation to our host Danilo who welcomed us on our first day and explained the major attractions as well as the bus numbers to take and some other details like good restaurants in the vicinity. Check in and Check out were also nice and easy.

BelgiumEverything was clean and pretty, just like in the pictures. Danilo was a great host, providing amazing insights about what to sightsee and how to get there. The terrace was so nice, as was the Lavazza coffee. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely stay at Libeticus if I ever go to Cagliari again.

PolandThe Guesthouse is located in close proximity to the Poetto Beach - which is a must to visit during a trip to Cagliari. It is also very convenient to reach the city centre - as there are multiple bus lines nearby. The owners - Danilo & Simona - were truly helpful with all tips that made our stay even more enjoyable. We were advised what places to see, where to try traditional Sardinian cuisine and how to get to multiple destinations. It is obvious that they love being around the guests, always more than happy to help. Their breakfasts were also amazing - everything was fresh, delicious, with a lot of options to choose from. I will definitely recommend Libeticus to other friends of mine once they travel to Cagliari :)

PortugalNothing to complain about!
Danilo is a super host with a tremendous hospitality and care for the customer. He was always available when needed and/or when requested via whatsapp. Very nice of him providing a lot of key sites to visit either in the neighborhood, Cagliari and south of Sardegna! Even though the breakfast was not included, Danilo provided coffee and tea at all times plus sweets, jam and small toasts during the entire stay! A major plus was the possibility to borrow bikes for free that allows you to cycle around Molentargius Nature Reserve and Poetto Lungomare easily (or even go to the city centre if needed)! Nice gesture from Danilo!

United Statesparking on the street can be a challenge, but we managed, the breakfast is served from 8:30 to 9:30 only, on your rest days on vacations seems too early to end and on days that you have boat tours etc, seems too late to start, so we did not have any. I am an airbnb host and one thing I missed in the properties in Italy is a little information about the area, restaurants close by, grocery stores, things to do in the city, something that is very standard in America, but in Italy it does not seem like it. But overall the place serve the purpose, clean and safe room for a family of 4
2 bedrooms, nice shower and little outdoor area
