Everything was great.

The location was wonderful, right on the grand canal. We loved the rooftop bar. The room was large (especially for Venice) and felt luxurious with nice amenities. The bed was really comfortable and it was very quiet. Concierge was very helpful in giving us restaurant recommendations.

A wonderful two night stay. The ease of arriving and departing by water taxi and the location to all the sights was our main reason for choosing this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly (although sadly at check in a little aloof not really making much eye contact whilst asking questions and staring at the screen)

Superb location, beautiful and classically contemporary, Attentive staff and rooms beautifully appointed and dedicated housekeepers. The rooftop bar was an added bonus with views of the Grand Hotel and the Rialto bridge. Breakfast was excellent with great choice including cooked options. I cannot fault this hotel it is truly superb

The birds are diabolical on the rooftop, BUT they give you a mini water gun to skirt them away! 😆

Service in the bar was very slow but staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok but choice of hot food limited to eggs or pancakes.

Location was perfect - right on the grand canal so beautiful and easy to get to everywhere on foot or by water bus. Hotel and room decor and cleanliness excellent. Rooms well equipped.

The only downside is the room is slightly noisy especially in the morning since its at groundfloor near the alley. But it doesnt seem to something they could fix.

Loving this H10 hotel branch since my first stay with them in Rome and never disappoint me! You are always welcomed and greeted by their warm hospitality, all staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. The design of the room is modern and the bed and pillows are extremely comfortable, offering you different kinds of pillows. The location is excellent, you can easily reach the hotel from train station or VCE airport by taking the water bus. There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The rooftop is a big shoutout and i visited there almost everyday during my stay.

Hotel is perfectly located next to Rialto bridge and easy walking distance to other tourist attractions. Also ferry to the airport stops right across from hotel makes it easy to tconnect. Rooms are spacious, very clean and well-equipped, also the heating works very well so you are not cold even on the cold night. Staff is very polite and friendly, I’ve got great advice on nearest restaurants and aces to visit.

Wonderful stay and great location in Venice! Staff was SO helpful! Maria helped me find an item lost while touring in the area, and Laura went above and beyond by helping with a cell phone issue we had. Very comfortable bed, excellent breakfast. Can't say how much we appreciate everything the staff did for us and how much we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended and will stay there again if we are ever so fortunate to get another visit to Venice!

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed. During the seven days we stayed at the hotel, we received exceptional service from the hotel staff. The cleanliness was impeccable.
