We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Comfortable bed , staff were all very helpful and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble, im coeliac and the gluten free breakfast was there every morning, no waiting even had a gluten free toaster, which as a coeliac of 30 years , have never experienced anywhere i have travelled. This touch is so very much appreciated. The rooftop is amazing!! Views of city spectacular. We will definatly return. Cant wait. Thank you all so very much..

Wonderful experience!!! Staff couldn’t do enough to make our stay a special event. Arrived via “red eye” at 9:30am and normal checkin was 3pm. They made a special effort to get us into our room significantly ahead of time so we could make a follow on event. We opted for included breakfast and it was superb! It was a served meal with great choices and quality.

The location is nice and very convenient for the historic area although it is not as fun as other areas of the city. The hotel is beautiful and the staff very pleasant.

AustraliaLack of dedicated internal separate dining space in the evening. Surcharge for room service seemed a clunky way to send the message that they were not fully set up for in- property dining. Surcharge for having morning coffee/ tea in your room seemed excessive and strangely for a five star hotel could be avoided if guests took the trip ( presumably in their gown? ) to the lobby bar to pick up their own and take the tray back to the room for their leisurely morning coffee on the balcony or terrace in our case. At over 1000 euros ++ per night the mind boggles!

The property was elegant, clean and beautifully decorated. Everything felt new and our room was incredibly comfortable especially after a long day sightseeing. The staff were lovely, so friendly and helpful. There’s also a great rooftop bar with amazing views. The location is also excellent.
