Lovely cosy hotel perfectly located between Ortisei and Santa Christina. Free shuttle to and from the ski lifts upon request is great. Very friendly and helpful staff.

A very cosy, boutique-style hotel. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Flexible own ski shuttle which can be ordered via whatsapp when you need a transfer which is very convenient. Nice, elegant interiors, not many rooms which means the hotel is quiet. Located ca. 15 min walking distance from Ortisei, a very picturesque town.

The hotel was just perfect, the staff was extremely hospitable, food in the hotel satisfied all our needs, the shuttle bus was organized as per our needs to go on the ski slopes. Also we were walking distance from the centre of Oristei.

The dry sauna was not heated/hot enough to my standard. A bistro/dinner option would have been nice -perhaps something to add in the future.

Fantastic place for a short or long stay-the hotel is very well designed, everything feels brand new; the room is spacious, has a king size, super comfy bed; bathroom has a nice jacuzzi bathtub. The highlights of the hotel for me were the super friendly (and patient!) staff and the amazing breakfast-one of the best I had in the mountains, w/local organic locally sourced produce. The complimentary shuttle bus takes you to 2-3 closest slopes, while public ski bus stops 2-5 minutes from the hotel (depending on the direction) and takes you to Selva Val Gardena and Ortisei city center. I also highly recommend the walk to Ortisei centre which is 15 mins away, along the river. A nice (yet basic) spa is in the basement, w wet and dry sauna, a fireplace and relaxing area. The staff gave me a lovely take-home, hand-made gift which I loved-very thoughtful!

Everything was absolutely stunning: friendly staff, hotel transfer to ski lifts, delicious breakfast, perfect location near bus stop, beautiful and cozy surroundings incl amazing spa zone. Also room was very nice, clean and warm with super comfortable bed and pillows.

From the moment we set foot inside the door, our experience at the Chalet Hartmann was memorable. We were greeted by the lovely Chiara, who provided us with great information and recommendations, and was very responsive via WhatsApp. The location was amazing. We really loved Ortisei and will happily return there for an extended stay in future. The view from our room was magical and beyond our dreams. The walk into town was easy and convenient. The breakfast was divine and service exceptional.

Lovely hotel, the receptionist Chiara was super helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay even better. Parking is out front, and they had bus passes for us to get back and forth into town. Breakfast was good and they have an honesty bar which is cool, even better was the honesty coffee machine and you can use the machine when you want in the afternoons. it was such a fantastic place to stay, would stay again.

The name of the hotel seems didn't match with google map. it was little difficulty to find the hotel.

The hotel room was very nice with a bedroom and living room. the room with some view was clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was great. It was good space for parking.

Your hotel is lovely, cosy, and has a nice view. The only thing that made me feel uncomfortable was your pillows – they made it hard to sleep. If you could consider changing them, that would be great.

It is up a steep hill so to go anywhere in town you must go down and then back up, which may not be a problem but is important to know before you book. There IS a bus route to and from town if you don’t want to walk or drive.

Such a lovely hotel! So much to love…friendly and helpful staff, fabulous and plentiful breakfast buffet, lovely decor, very clean, honor system bar available, beautiful views, close to a bus route, close to trails, parking.
