The parking was fully paid by the B&B but was a normal a private parking nearby with cameras. It is a great apartment made into a B&B with ambitious standards but it is not a hotel.

Attentive host with good communication. Great location with a short walk to everything. The single room was small and dark with no outside view. But it had everything you needed for a one night stay. Comfortable bed. Fridge. TV with Netflix. Modern bathroom with powerful shower. Breakfast could be improved as only packets of sugar laden ultra processed snacks provided and some bananas. Some bread, butter, and yoghurt would be a better healthier option.

Great location within a few minutes walk from the railway station. Also you can walk to the hotel from Pisa Airport in approximately 20 minutes. Great welcome from staff member Gani who explained everything including places to visit near Pisa. Friendly morning staff as well. Drinking water bottles provided in the room on arrival. Small fridge and TV in room. Room shower temperature fluctuated a little at the beginning but settled after a few minutes. Lots of eateries nearby including just opposite the residence. About 25 minutes walk to the leaning tower. Would recommend and would use again when visiting Pisa.

Just a suggestion: racks to hang towels would be an asset.

The young girl was very efficient and helpful at check in. We arrived early but she let us put luggage in our room. The little kitchennet is well equipped with a coffee machine, microwave etc. Breakfast is basic but good. Good size bedroom. Codes to the property were given in advance so was easy. Communication very good and caretaker on call immediately if needed.

Nothing. The only minor issue is that the breakfast area is an open-plan space located near the rooms, so if you're up early in the morning, it's important to stay quiet to avoid disturbing other guests.

This place is fantastic! We stayed for just one night, and the experience was wonderful. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the train station and close to everything. The host was warm, welcoming, and always available. Despite our flight being delayed by two hours, he greeted us upon arrival with great hospitality. In the morning, we enjoyed a delightful mini continental breakfast.

Was in an area that did not feel safe There was a lot of noise in other rooms of building whilst we tried to sleep.

Very centrally located - short walk from train station and easy walk around the city. Price was good. Rooms clean. Welcome to property very friendly and helpful.

The only negative was my sleep was disturbed by the noise of a machine near my room.But when it was finished I got back to sleep.

We were very happy with our stay as we were taking the train.Thd beds were exceptionally comfortable and the sheets were top hotel quality.We were very impressed with the showers also. And on top of that a complimentary fresh coffee and water fruit and pastries in the morning. Definitely recommend it.
