United KingdomWe took 3 rooms, as there wasn't an option for our 3 daughters to share a larger room, which is what we usually do. That made it quite a bit more expensive. Our room was an easy access room for disabled people. We were offered this, because a normal room on the same floor as our daughter's, wasn't made up when we arrived at 15.45. I accepted as I didn't want to make a fuss, but it was nothing like as nice as the two rooms our daughters had. I won't do a disabled room again!
The location was fab, the facilities were excellent, and the terrace restaurant overlooking Lake Como was sublime.

SwitzerlandWe would’ve liked longer opening hours for the lobby bar downstairs because dogs not allowed in the Terrasse bar/restaurant which limited our experience. In February it’s not practical to sit outside in the open on the Terrasse . Somehow we weren’t offered welcome drinks either when we checked in but upon asking were compensated the next evening. Everything else was perfect.
Modern , aesthetic with a very clean look. Very polite & friendly staff especially the valet service and lobby staff. Dog friendly ☺️

The rooftop restaurant was lovely with fantastic views across the lake and the food was delicious. The people who worked in the restaurant were lovely. We had lunch there on Christmas Day - it was a perfect setting! 🥳🤩👏

Switzerland- Temperature was regulated in the room "per italian law", according to the staff during check-out. I found the room to be a bit chilly, and was unable to make it pleasantly warm even with the heater cranked all the way on high. - Location isn't ideal if you're looking for walking distance to Como central.
+ Modern, high quality hotel which was an absolute pleasure to stay in. + World-class breakfast + Great restaurant with room service + Super fast and stable internet, with options for ethernet connections (two) in the room.

Location, pleasant walk around the lake to the town and funicular. We stayed here 5 years ago and had a great time, it was enough to bring us back. Rooms are a good size.
