History Suite was fabulous. A wonderful location. Amazing staff, always cheerful and very helpful. The rooms were large and very comfortable. We would stay again when in Rome.

It was a little difficult to find at first, photos of the outside of the property would be helpful. A mirror on the wall would have been useful.

The lift elevator is very tiny. Not wheelchair capable. Expect multiple trips beyond two slim people with simple carryon roller bags. Worked for us though.

Davida and his team were amazing and so hospitable. They thought of everything for small amenities and the shower was incredible. Breakfast was perfect. View from the room was historical ruins. We would stay again for sure!

It would be nice to have more nourish breakfast

After the payment I received a text with the code of the door and instructions. The room was big and clean. The bed is comfortable. Despite the location at the center of the city the night was quiet and we had good rest. The breakfast is typical European. We had a croissant,gem, yogurt and coffee. There is an option for an American breakfast that includes one boiled egg, some slices of cheese and hum. The location is perfect. We can get anywhere within a 20 minute walk .

Great location, great accommodation, great room, great service, everything was good. No flaws. Every day the room was cleaned. The cleanliness and the food was great, the staff were good. If we visit Rome again we will be staying here again. Thanks guys and keep going.

Security is a good thing, but 4 layers of security is a little inconvenient when traveling with more than light baggage. Once settled, however, the 4-key thing was fine.

For those interested in walking to Rome’s numerous and amazing points of interest, the location of this property can’t be beat. Even our taxi driver bringing us from Roma Termini commented that the location for walking-tourism is perfect.

Location is very central and within walking distance to most major sights . Also close to all the lively dining areas like Campo do Fiori , Trastevere etc. Clean and well maintained apartment ( small but comfortable) with an elevator facility.The manager, David was very responsive and helpful and gave us information, allowed us a late check out and helped us to book a taxi to the airport.

Our room had thin walls to noisy neighbours of another Hotel causing us to wake up at night, however the manager was available instantly at 03:00 and ensured that the noise stopped and got us a new room right next day! City-Tax was not transparent to me, since we stayed 4 nights but were charged 48€ making it 12€/night which seems odd. We payed it right at checkin but then during checkout were asked to pay another 55€ since the lady at the counter did not note down that we payed already. We proved the payment by showing receipts and called it a day but still the math doesn’t add up (why 55?). So recommend everyone to keep a receipt of the city tax payment if you pay at checkin.

The loo seat was loose, shower door barely worked and the sink took ages to drain. No heat in bathroom meant towels were always damp. Very primitive breakfast!
