It's self check-in, there's no staff in the property. When I arrived I tried to call them because there was someone on my assigned bed but no one was answering the phone.

It's located near the train station. It's also a few minutes away on foot from the old part of the city. They clean and make your bed everyday. Towel is included. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Wifi its not working, you need to log in with your personal information and it just doesn’t work. Also, I saw on pictures that there is a microwave so before I came to the place, I bought smth to eat but when I came, there wasn’t a microwave so I was a little bit disapointed.

Great location near central station and close to city center. They don’t have reception but they have amazing system of opening doors which works perfectly. Clean room, kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable bed. Above every bed there is light and plug which means a lot. In the morning before check-out I met two cleaning women, I believe their names are Emmanuela and Madelline (sorry if I didn’t spell it right), they were nice and they put a lot of work and effort to make place perfectly clean. I would definitly stay here again.

Like any hostel you have to be lucky with your room mates that they don't make noise. The kitchen is minimalist and does not encourage cooking but it is oke. The online door opening needs mobile internet but it works fine. The double bed could be fixed to the wall to reduce vibrations.

It is like average hostel, the room is fine and toilets are clean, common area is oke, nothing is fancy and nothing is bad. The door opening through internet is innovative but can go wrong if your phone is off or net is weak.

The fact that the ladies who's was cleaning the property didn't speak English at all and she asked me to show my ID in order to prove that I'm staying at the property, since i was the only black-Man! It was unnecessary!

The location is very good, 5 minutes walking to the city centre and everything is near by.

no lights in the room except for bed side light, there was one guy who was smoking all the time in the bathroom even though the staff warned him already, the locker was just one big cage under the bed which obviously will bump loudly, hot water is hit or miss.

5 min walk to Bari train station, responsive staffs, decent kitchen and common area, they make the bed and change the towel everyday, individual curtain on each bed for privacy

Complicated check-in process, obligation to have internet every time you want to open both the door of the building and the door of the hostel. Feels really impersonal as nobody is working there, you can only contact them via whatsapp.

Confortable beds, curtains for more privacy. Overall cleanliness. Kitchen in working order. Really nice couches in the living room, super comfy.

No sound isolation - absolutely. You can here everything from the street and also from the common area. Would be nice to have a good doors to the rooms. Otherwise the only way to sleep is to use earplugs ((

Nice clean hostel located in 5 minutes from Bari Centrale and in 15 minutes from downtown. Kitchen is small but well equipped. It was very warm, there’s a general heating system, what is important if you travel in winter. You must have a lock if you want to keep your belongings secured

Kitchen: - The available nonstick cookware set (hot cooking) has scratches on Teflon surface coating, which is hazardous to human health; so it needs to be replaced with a new one. - A new wooden spoon set with long handles is required for scratch-free hot cooking. - Chopping/cutting board (wooden) and a knife set (chef's/santoku/paring/utility) required. Bathroom: - 2/5 bathrooms need maintenance. - Rubber slippers pair required in each bathroom.

I'm a backpacker who spent 1 night here. The location of the hostel is perfect, walking distance to the city center, beach and central station. Actually it is an "automatic hostel" without staff - check in also online before arriving. Received by great communication all information and description how to find the place, how to check in, how to enter. You can use your smartphone to open the main door and to enter the flat. In the hall found the instruction about my bed. Enough big dormitory where all bed can be separated by curtain, so each guest has a private area. Comfortable bed equipped with lamp, shelf, electrical outlet. Enough common bathrooms and toilets which are comfortable, useful, clean. Common room and kitchen at the end of the corridor, place to rest, meet others, cook.

everything is autonomous even for check-in and check-out. For me, I would like to talk with staff just in case I need anything. but the staff are really friend though (the office is just a minute away from the building)

The place is overcleaned and that cause allergic reaction in some people. They change the linens everyday what's a madness for backpackers. There are not receptionists so you need help from other guests to understand how the place works, the enter system is crap (if you don't have Internet or battery died you sleep outside). There are almost nothing in the kitchen, I should ask for forks since was only one. Ettore has bad manners to reply on WhatsApp. The plug in my bed didn't work and the hairdryer stop working after 10 seconds. And the locker was brocken.

The location, the beds and the space of the rooms. The good atmosphere even when there are not receptionist. The helpful staff. Good bathrooms. WiFi is OK. They received my mail for free (request this). No lights in the room so nobody disturb you during the night. The common area is good for meeting people (bad for who sleep in the next room)

Great location. Lots of toilets and showers although some didn’t have hand soap. Free towels. Stayed here twice.
