Convenient to bus station, clean, not glamorous but comfortable. Could hear people outside at night, but to be fair, it was a Friday. Let us leave luggage for a while. Would definitely stay again.

Rundown, noisy leaking toilet, mosquitoes, shower fittings were not operating properly, ceiling in the bathroom was disgusting, and it was very loud out on the street in the night .

Bathroom ceiling needs sorting,the room was spotless but issue with damp in the bathroom needs to be addressed . The hallway gives first impressions to the property, stairs need attention,you can't just leave chipped stairs until evident will happen. Correspondence at reception desk could be typed and laminated nicely,having scruffy papers is a no no and just shows a lack of love to the property you are selling

No tv, no coffee maker, no one there to check us in or out. No lift, had to drag suitcases up over 20 stairs.

Room 3 would not stay cool. We showed the housekeeper, but she did not understand that the ac would cut off. YES, the fan ran, but NO, it did not cool the room. The second issue was that dinner included was up near the Grand Canal. With 2 older ladies, they could make it walking there. Three of four of us went 1 night. The food was ok. The WiFi kept disconnecting.

We loved the location and coziness of the rooms. We had 2 rooms. One room (#4) was very cool. This is important in hot July weather. This was fantastic.

No staff on hand during the day. The bathroom has some “what appears to be mold on the exterior of the shower door and on the shower ceiling. Dead bugs on the walls.

We've waited on the street 20 min after check-in time with no chanse to enter the hotel. Then we called the Owner and she gave on the phone code to enter. Easy this could be arranged by email in advance. The interior of the hotel, the rooms, baths, etc. were in horible consitions. No lift as well. I shall not recommend it to any others to visit.

No crib for baby, small room for a family and the existence of mold in some parts of the room and toilet.

The customer service: she made us wait 20 minutes in front of the hotel under the rain without saying a word (we started thinking it was a scam) because “she was on the phone”, then never replied to any of my messages when I had to ask her how it worked for dinner and even started screaming in the hall at 7 am the next day, waking everyone up

Be careful about the late check in There isn’t any person for checking .it’s little Strange and Stressful ‏The hotel was a bit unorganized Location is wonderful it’s near to Train and Hotel is Pretty Clean our Room was include with Dinner at the ( Trattoria Pizzeria alle lance ) restaurant it was Awesome with delicious food we Experienced the most tasty foods in Venice .staff was kind and helpful Specially Ms Sharifeh. Overall it was a good Hotel But think twice.

No one was there when we got there - eventually just one nice lady doing everything from cleaning to booking etc. Room not ready until 4pm, did not want to leave the cases there unattended so lugged them around with us. Our room was up 4 flights of steep stairs without lifts so pack light 😁

Nice quiet location walking distance to Tronchetto Bus Terminal, which we needed to get to for a connection to our cruise in Ravenna. It was clean and very basic which you would expect for the price. The lady was very nice but rushed off her feet. Includes dinner.

Staff at restaurant looked very stressed and unfriendly. Toilet flush was not filling up so we had to fill up the rubbish bin with water just to flush! Hairdryer not working.

Love the dinner at the restaurant 20 min walk from the hotel which serves very tasty local food with large servings. We would have gone back to eat there if we had more time. Good location close to train and bus stations. Smooth check-in, staff contacted us by WhatsApp. We were also able to leave our luggage after check out.

The property needs love and care. It is in great location the owner has an opportunity to create a jewel. There’s mold in bathroom, the window has no mesh screen so the room is buggy. The rooms need more shelves and hooks for storage.

I liked being on the island that is so great. We enjoyed the complimentary dinner at the sister restaurant, bonus. A room with a private bathroom.

This is a very basic budget accommodation. It is not a hotel, it is a room in a very neglected building. The only staff we saw in 3 days was the check in lady who only spoke Italian. Don't book if you want any sort of comfort - no bedside light, bad lighting, no coffee making facilities, no hairdryer, no working Aircon or heater - basic room with a comfortable bed but nothing else. Mould in the bathroom and the shower was only a hand shower as the bracket was broken.

The room (triple) looked onto the canal. Dinner was a walk away but excellent value for money and the restaurant staff were friendly. Close/ walking distance to trains and busses.
